The Summit 168 is located in the Summit Subdivision on Bluff Mountain, one of the most prestigious subdivisions located in the great Smoky Mountains. The Summit is located just outside of Pigeon Forge, TN. And is only a short driving distance to Gatlingurg, TN. The Summit 168 features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths (sleeps 12) with two separate living areas, one with a full kitchen and the other with a kitchenette. The Summit 168 also has video games, pool table, fire pit, gas grill and spacious hot tub for relaxing on the large patio overlooking some of the most gorgeous Mountain View's ever.

An oasis away from all the fun adventures in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. A gorgeous escape with a beautiful view of the outdoors. We brought in dinner or cooked every night because there was no need to eat anywhere else. The house was equipped with anything you might need. Would recommend this home for a family. The downstairs kept my tennis occupied with pool and a fun arcade game. Visit this property if you can!!!!

We brought our families with kids ranging from 7-12 to see Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house served as a great ending place for all our activities. It is very clean and feels nearly brand new. Staci was a fantastic host. Prompt in answering all our dumb questions and accommodating for little requests. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, plenty of space for the kids the be loud and the adults to get away. The covered deck was the highlight of the house though with the beautiful views. Would stay here again without question.

Gorgeous, warm & inviting home with amazing unobstructed mountain views from nearly every room. Clean, luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a well stocked and beautiful kitchen & downstairs kitchenette.
We also greatly appreciated the use of the immaculate 3 car garage with myQ remote code during our stay. Plenty of seating on the partially covered 2 decks with Weber gas grill and hot tub. Morning coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise over the mountain & listening to birdsong was a favorite way to start the day! Our family of adults and one infant had plenty of space to relax, cook and enjoy our time together.
We were in the Smokies for a family wedding at The Trillium Venue at the top of Bluff Mountain, which is only a 10 minute drive from the home.
The host, Staci is communicative, friendly and attentive. She checked in before, during and after our stay and although we didn't need anything during our visit, we knew she was only a text away. This was very reassuring as it was our first visit to the area.
We would not hesitate to rent this beautiful home again.

The home is amazing, the views are perfect. The best community in the area. Staci goes above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of! She has thought of everything-I mean who else gives you remote access to the 3 car garage with your phone? We’ve stated multiple times and never want fo leave.

This property is exceptional in every way. The pictures do not do it justice. This is a new home in a new neighborhood on top of bluff mountain and the views do not get better. The home is clean as can be and very luxurious. Lastly, Staci is always there for you when you need her. We will be back for sure!!

Very lovely, warm, inviting home yet sophisticated. The owner was so pleasant and check in was a breeze. The property had Christmas decor in and out throughout the home making it that much more merry. This home sits on the top of a mountain bluff . The views and sunrises were spectacular. We were 3 families with 5 children and everyone agrees, they can’t wait to go back!

This house is gorgeous. We stayed here for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave. It was exceptionally clean and organized. Everything we needed for our party of 9 was there. Top of the line appliances and cookware for days you stay in and cook. The view was so amazing….. I cannot put it into words. Plenty of space for relaxing.
There’s a grill and fire pit in place and we took advantage of that as well!
Staci was a fabulous host! Just awesome. She checked in on us and was just a text or call away if we needed anything. She was very engaged and wanted to make sure our stay was exceptional. And it was.
The home is located very close to Publix and Kroger and all the dining and shopping you can stand in Pigeon Forge! We enjoyed our stay so much! We frequent this area and will be coming back to this beautiful home! It will NOT disappoint!

This home was perfect! From the time we booked to checkout. Entering the home was great! The esthetic was very warm, charming, and inviting. The mountain views were breathtaking! The home came fully stocked with necessities such as pots/pans, plates, cups, utensils, cleaning supplies, and toiletries. We also had great communication and assistance from the homes host Staci. She was very informative and always available. I 1000% recommend this home and host Staci to anyone wanting to plan a relaxing trip to the area! My family and I will definitely be back!

We have been visiting the Smokies for a while and are always in search of a nice cabin to spend a few days. While we have been able to find some very nice places in the past, this property absolutely takes the cake. As much I see the charm in cabins with buffalo plaid and wood everywhere, this house is unbelievably beautiful. It has a luxury feel to it but it also keeps the rustic/cabin atmosphere you would want in a mountain home. The views are amazing... The kitchen is top notch... We loved everything about it.
Stacie is easily the best owner we have worked with on any of our trips to any vacation rental. She was so great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. You will not find a better owner to deal with.
Our only mild complaints? We wish there had been some shades available in the dining room. We had breakfast at the gorgeous table but the sun comes up on that side. While the view is awesome, it is obviously a little bright and made us wish there was a way to help with that. However, once the sun gets high enough, you will be hard-pressed to find a property with better views. We also found the hot tub area, a little buggy/spidery. I know it is very difficult to keep things pristine outside in nature but it was a little difficult to totally enjoy the hot tub with that.
Other than those two small items, I would not change a thing.
The kitchen is amazing and the appliances are wonderful. Cooking in this kitchen was a pleasure. The grill outside on the patio was also good and easy to use.
All in all, this was a great trip and Staci's home was one of the best places we have stayed in many years. We will definitely be back!

This house was amazing! The views off the expansive decks were stunning. After considering many other rentals, we were so happy that we chose this one. The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The location was perfect. Close to all of the major attractions that we wanted to see but far enough away from the crowds and craziness. We would definitely stay in this house again and were very pleased with the host.

The owner was very easy to communicate with, both before and during our stay. House was great for our large family. Banishing the kids to the basement level game room and family room gave my wife and I some privacy and quiet. Enjoyed Dollywood, rafting, zip lines, state park, Escape Room and NASCAR go-carts. And always had comfortable place to come home to and enjoy family meal. Most importantly, kids never complained about the WIFI speed. Highly recommend this rental!!!!!

We absolutely loved this house! Our family rented this house recently for a family reunion we were attending in Gatlinburg. I can honestly say that this is the first rental where the house was just as we imagined or even better. It was large enough for our 4 families to sleep comfortably, spend time together, and enjoy our stay. While we explored Gatlinburg and Dollywood with the kids, our favorite part was just being at the house, sitting on either of the two large decks and taking in those magnificent views. The house was exceptionally clean and the owner made checking in and out a breeze and was extremely responsive. The location is great as it’s easy enough to get to nearby grocery stores and other popular destinations. I highly recommend this home and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Property is amazing, very awesome floorplan with master and extra bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining area on main level. Lower level has huge living area, pool table, and 3 bedrooms with bathrooms attached, and second kitchen. Smart TVs everywhere. Gas grill and a awesome outdoor gas fire pit. Very clean, and well cared for. Chef's kitchen. The view can not be overstated as amazing. Location can not be better as you are 12 minutes to Publix and all that Pigeon Forge has to offer.

This was the most spectacular place we could have dreamed of staying for our family trip to the Smokies. The house was impeccably clean and had all of the amenities we needed. There is a lot of space to spread out and the pool table and arcade game were extra fun for the kids! The house is beautifully decorated and made us feel both at home in the mountains and as if we were staying in a 5-star hotel. The view of the mountains from every window was breathtaking no matter the time of day or the weather. It is the view one searches the Great Smoky Mountains to find! Staci was welcoming and incredibly helpful during our stay, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return!

GORGEOUS cabin! If you think the pictures look wonderful, you will be even more pleased once you step foot in this cabin. The pictures can only do it so much justice. The views are absolutely incredible and we enjoyed many evenings on both the upper and lower level decks. The layout was perfect for our travel group (4 adults, 6 children) and there were ample options for sleeping arrangements. The cabin was well- stocked/equipped and very importantly, CLEAN! The owner, Staci, could not have been better. She was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to booking as well as during our stay. It was quite obvious the care and concern she has for this property and the positive experiences she wants her renters to have during their stay. We would absolutely return to this cabin again! We had an incredible trip and a large part of it was due to the great memories made at this cabin. Thank you, Staci!

We loved everything about this special home and our stay! We have been renting homes in this area, the Carolinas and Cape Cod for years, but this vacation rental property was one of our best experiences. First of all, the owner was the perfect rental host - welcoming, responsive, accommodating, plus delightful to deal with. Just so nice! I felt that she really tried to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The new, spacious and well appointed house is absolutely beautiful and the views are second to none. The layout was ideal for our family of adults and mostly 20-somethings. Plenty of space, and all attractively decorated and detailed. We lived in the kitchen (which had all we needed for cooking some of our meals) and in the downstairs game/family room. The hot tub and fire pit off the game room situated privately against the amazing Smokey Mountain backdrop was an ideal setting for our game nights and just being together in fun, comfy, and breathtaking surroundings. The views are spectacular from virtually every functional space and it is hard to take your eyes off them. The interior spaces are equally beautiful with high, expansive barrel-vaulted wood ceilings, floor to ceiling gorgeous stone fire place, unique stone and brick finishes, luxurious his and her bathroom space in the master, rustically elegant wood trim, expansive windows framing those mountains, lovely decor, sumptuous bedding, and the most gorgeous and unique kitchen island hood. There is even a sweet little office off the grand hall that was perfect for our remoters to comfortably and quietly work away from everyone else. The list goes on - I truly can't say enough about this home! The only real negative aspect for us was leaving. So grateful we found this rental and hospitable owner that gave us the perfect stay in the Smokey Mountains. Our experience was exactly what everyone hopes for when planning a vacation home rental and more. I will work our next stay around this home's availability - nowhere else we would rather stay - can't wait to go back!

This home was absolutely stunning!! Due to the low lying clouds and fog, we were unable to see the view but we still loved this home. Everything was wonderful. The extra touches of blankets in each room was so nice for curling up on the couch or in chairs. The kids loved eating breakfast at the kitchen island. The location was perfect. Close enough to the excitement of Pigeon Forge, but far enough at the same time. If it is foggy when you are there, please be careful getting to the home as the roads in the development are hard to see as there are no reflectors/lines on them.
The host, Staci was wonderful to work with in that each time we had a question, she was very quick to get back to us. If we are able, we will stay again!!
