There is a vintage video arcade game with 22 of your favorite old games. Bassett furniture is featured in this king suite. Main level suite features handcrafted pine log furniture. This level is especially convenient for guests who like to stay on entry level. Kitchen, dining, living, and wrap-around deck with entry door are all on this main level. Covered deck on this level has seating for more than 8 and also-seating for 8 at wooden table.
Top level suite features handcrafted hickory furniture-the seating area right in front of double window has beautiful hickory chairs (one with woven cane). All suites have full baths.
There is a well equipped kitchen, and wifi for your laptop. You can soak in the hot tub on the deck, or sit on the swing and enjoy the gorgeous Smoky Mountains The cabin features three king master suites including full bathrooms, along with 1 queen sleeper sofa, and a new E Z Sleeper in the game room. We (Barbara and David Murray) own and manage our cabin. All linen will be used only in the two cabins we own in Black Bear Falls Resort. All kitchen tools stay in this cabin. We employ a private housekeeper (not with a company) who keeps our cabin exceptionally clean. This cabin is American owned and managed.
When you call we will talk with you, us only. We address all your questions.

The view from the house is amazing, the location is perfect (close enough to get into Gatlinburg quickly but far enough away to be quiet), the layout of the house is great, the decks offer wonderful seating and the hot tub is perfect after hiking.. I strongly recommend this house to anyone as the owners were great to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had.

The cabin was amazing! The views were always changing and absolutely gorgeous! My family and I stayed here during the quarantine and everything seemed very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this cabin, and community to friends and family!

The cabin was amazing! The views were always changing and absolutely gorgeous! My family and I stayed here during the quarantine and everything seemed very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this cabin, and community to friends and family!

Our family stayed in this wonderful cabin during Spring Break. We all LOVED it!!! It was so nice to have so much room and for everyone to have their own bathroom. That was a big plus! Very comfy king size beds, as well. On the bottom floor there is a pool table, arcade game, and a huge tv to enjoy. Out on the bottom deck there is a hot tub which our family thoroughly enjoyed. The view from the cabin is amazing! Large windows in the living room ensures that the view can be enjoyed even during cooler weather. The porches have nice rocking chairs and places to enjoy a meal with your family if you choose to do so. Because the weather was cooler when we were there, we always ate at the indoor dining table. There was ample room for us. The cabin is close to town but is not in a busy location at all. In fact, the only people we saw while we were at the house were the maintenance men that were working at a different cabin close to us. We would definitely stay here again. The owner is very, very easy to get in touch with if the need arises. Mrs. Barbara is a delight to talk to and will answer any question that you have. Perfect property....would give it more “stars” if we could. :-)

This cabin is beautiful inside and out! It was foggy most of our trip but we still had beautiful views of the mountains! We took advantage of the games that were in the cabin! As a group we all mentioned that we have never slept so well in the beds! The location was great away from all the hustle and bustle but only a few minutes away from Gatlinburg! The only downfall is how quick the trip went because we didn’t want to leave! Will recommend 1000X and will be back!

Would highly recommend renting this beautiful cabin. The owners are quick to respond and very easy to work with. Plenty of room for a family of 6 adults and if you have children there's a futon couch and pull out couch. The views are breathtaking! The 3 bedrooms are King size beds that are very comfortable and private each with it's own bath and on it's on floor!!! Love Black Bear Falls neighborhood, centrally located for both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

We spent a fantastic long weekend at Beary Awesome with two other couples and it was everything we expected and more. The views were absolutely breathtaking, the cabin was so comfortable (everyone had their own private bath which was great) and it was very convenient to all the attractions in downtown Gatlinburg, the National Park, Craft Loop, and the grocery store (which is important!). While the cabin is in a populated resort, it still felt secluded because no other homes block the fabulous view. Barbara was a wonderful host, very communicative and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were a breezespace even We would definitely rent this cabin again and highly recommend to others!

The cabin was everything we hoped for and more. The jacuzzi, billards, and video arcade were a blast. The view is spectacular and the cabin is beautifully decorated. The owner was extremely helpful and very responsive to all our questions/requests.

This cabin offers being sucluded yet close to the Park, downtown, craftloop and grocerty store. There is even a Walk-in Clinic within 3 or 4 min.You could not choose a better location. The photos accurately reflect the cabin's appearance and ammenities. Additionally the cabin is very well maintained and super-clean! We recommend it for it's location, amenities/cleanliness and ease of working with owner! Thanks for making our family vacation memorable!

The cabin is very well maintained, nicely decorated and great use of indoor and outdoor space. The view is amazing from both inside and outside the cabin and has good privacy. Great location for visiting both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. My family, friends and I will be renting this cabin again.
