This score will be displayed to the user and namely controlled by number and quality of photos with captions, an updated calendar, reviews posted, completed description and use of amenities and activities. All things being equal, listings will rotate on prominent pages.

ivacationonline.com is an optional service that is included with your subscription to SMBYO.COM. It is an online reservation system so you can take online reservations for your vacation rental. Once you join SMBYO.COM you can then join ivacationonline.com for free and use that system if desired. It is NOT mandatory.

OwnerRez and Property Manager Tools are both 3rd party systems that will integrate with the SMBYO.COM email system, allowing you to have your inquires auto replied through them.
