NEW LISTING... "Boogity Bear Mountain Lodge" is a gorgeous open and spacious 4500 sq. ft. all wood remodeled cabin that sleeps 20 people, with a lot of extra amenities, nestled in the 24/7 Guard gated community of the Shagbark Resort (about 10 minutes to the main parkway in Pigeon Forge and you come out at light #3 which is Wears Valley Rd. right in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge). It has 2 Levels, 5 Bedrooms + a Nursery with a sleeper sofa, so it's like having 6 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (with an extra 4th walk in shower with a vanity & sink), luxury all wood lodge in a gated resort!
ABSOLUTELY NO BIG DRINKING PARTIES ARE ALLOWED, so don't even consider this cabin if you want a party house, as we do live in the resort and we do keep an eye on our properties!
The main level has new beautiful L shaped custom fully and completely stocked kitchens (with a ton of extra amenities provided for our guests) with top of the line appliances, 2 gas stoves, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, and 2 refrigerators (one being on the screened in porch), with beautiful granite counter tops and a coffee bar with a lot of extras! On the main level you will also enjoy having a full size stacked washer and dryer (liquid laundry soap, Downy, & dryer sheets provided). The dining area has a very large 8 foot rectangle log dining table with 8 log dining chairs, a round cedar high top log table that seats 4, and 6 beautiful log stools at the 11 foot breakfast bar that has double granite counter tops. It's equipped with 3 propane fireplaces (in season), one in the large living room, one in the sitting room nestled off to itself, and 1 fireplace is downstairs. This main level also features a full nursery with a baby bed, changing table, sofa bed and a rocker. It has an offset office space with large windows so you can work at a beautiful log desk and sit in the comfy log chair. This room also has 2 leather sitting chairs to have your morning coffee and look out back at the beautiful outdoor surroundings. The main level has 2 full baths with walk in showers. The main bath can be accessed from both sides, and has double copper sinks on a beautiful rustic barrel vanity and a walk in shower. You have a large king bedroom with a bay window, a twin over twin bunk bedroom, and a queen bedroom with it's own on suite full bathroom, a 2 player 60 game barrel video arcade table, a nice sitting room with a couch and rocker swivel chair that also has a black stand alone propane fireplace, and outside from this room is a large screened in area that has a high top card/game table that seats 6 people, for all of you card and game players.
Every TV in the cabin has Direct TV that includes the NFL Sunday Ticket Channel for all of you sports fans!
The downstairs has a gorgeous Theater room with a 65" HD Flat Screen TV that seats 17 people in theater seats and also has an up level that will seat your remaining guests very easily with plenty of room for the kids or adults to sit or lay up there on the big pillows provided! There is a full library of kids and adult movies for your enjoyment in our theater room. The downstairs also has a beautiful king bedroom with a very comfy mattress, a full bath with a tub/shower combination, a pool table, a bar and bar stools, a bedroom with 2 queen over queen bunk beds so this room sleeps 8 people, and a very nice and comfortable log futon that pulls out to sleep 2 people. The downstairs also has the extra 4th shower which includes a vanity and sink (no toilet). Out the door is a giant 10 ft long, $30K Jacuzzi brand hot tub that'll seat 10 guests comfortably! It's in a very nice large covered screened in area. This is by far the largest and nicest hot tub I've ever seen in a cabin and you will surely enjoy it!

We loved staying at Boogity Bear Mountain Lodge 3149â€¼ï¸ It is beautiful, clean, equipped and well designed. Our family of 13 had all the space we needed and made use of the spa, theatre room and games. We celebrated a memorable 50th birthday and Father’s Day. We saw a bear come ambling from the back yard through the car port and back into the woods. You have a 5* review from our family 😊

5 star experience all around. Great family retreat. House was perfect and excellent customer service was provided. Lots of space, well stocked kitchen for cooking, plenty of amenities. Close to everything. Great week!

Nice clean facility.. 5 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds... 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath.. Place was fully equiped and Rod, the owner was very very responsive to any questions and requests.

From the check in process till the moment that you leave you are treated with the upmost respect and they want to please you above and beyond experience we use Verbo frequently and this is by far the best experience so far the home is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly think of. Very nice cabin. Well stocked and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with as many pots, pans, plates, silverware as you could need. Having 2 microwaves, 2 stoves, 2 sinks, and 2 dishwashers really makes it great. Comfortable and cozy with plenty of room. Having a nursery with a crib and changing table really makes it great if you have a baby or small kids. Communication with Rod was prompt and he was very attentive. I reached out with a minor problem and he responded within 2 minutes. Overall very satisfied and will stay here again

The house was wonderful. The double kitchens were fantastic to cook for that many people. Everything you needed was on the property. It was very quiet and the owners were very accessible. Highly recommend this property.

Boogity Bear is above and beyond ANY expectation you could have for a large cabin. The amenities are endless and the attention to detail is absurd. We had a group of 15 people with intentions to spend lots of time out on the strip and in the park... let's just say we'd rather be at the cabin 😉 the location is very private and makes you feel secluded instead of on top of the neighbors. Rod and his team are by far the most helpful rental hosts I've ever encountered. Book now!

We loved the cabin. It’s hard to list the things we liked about it because there are so many positives. The cabin is fun and beautifully decorated. So much attention to details. Everything is so well stocked. The owner is so responsive to any question. It’s a great location if you want a quiet location up in the mountains. We loved the use of the pool and pickleball courts also.

Cabin was amazing, plenty of space for all our kids to run and play and hang out together. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with pans, silverware, and extra supplies. Loved being able to wash clothes on the spot as well. The back porch was peaceful in the mornings and a perfect place to have morning coffee.
