Roger was an amazing host. He had everything set up for us when we checked in. The property was perfect for our family. Everything was right on property and it was also close to town. We will definitely book with him again in the future.

Roger was amazing and had everything setup for us. We literally had to do nothing when we got there. The rooms were and are beautiful. It was so clean and everything was perfect. I highly recommend renting of Roger. My family and I will definitely be renting off him again.. this trip was amazing ??

Westgate was amazing!! The villas were clean and nice. The water park was the perfect size. And the kids loved the infinity pool even with it being 40 degrees at times - it surprised us that it was open all year, it's just heated. So we did a nightly swim every night. It's nicely located 5 minutes from downtown gatlinburg (depending traffic) and 15 minutes to pigeon forge. Mini golf is complimentary and zip line is extra. Room service was very attentive and took care of everything, upon arrival we we needed a few things and they took care of us. The blankets and pillows were perfect. We had a great time over Thanksgiving and even was able to make Thanksgiving dinner in the smaller size oven. Roger was a pleasure to work with. We'd definitely book again!! Thank you!!
