“COZY BEAR OVERLOOK” is a spaciously designed 2,850 square foot, 4-KING bedroom/4-bathroom, three-level log cabin with easy access in all weather conditions. This conveniently located cabin retreat is nestled in a log cabin resort, offering natural wooded mountain views of the Smokies and located just a couple of minutes from the all of the Pigeon Forge area attractions, including Dollywood, Ripkin Experience baseball fields, The Island, outlet malls, dinner theaters, historic Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
“COZY BEAR OVERLOOK” has just one small step to enter the cabin.There is a bedroom with attached bathroom on the main level for those who cannot navigate stairways well. Enjoy privacy and comfort in one of 4 king bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The master bedroom on the upper level also provides a Jacuzzi tub to help with relaxing after a long day shopping and sightseeing. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms on the lower level offer privacy even with a larger group. Two queen sofa sleeper beds are also provided for the kids.
The main floor living area is very spacious and has a stacked stone gas fireplace, large well-appointed kitchen and dining room with floor to ceiling windows to provide the view you deserve. The ultimate in open space living, so you can enjoy your friends and family from anywhere on the main level living space, or watch your favorite sport on TV.
Also for your convenience is a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker (drip style & K-cup), blender, slow cooker, silverware, dinnerware and quality cookware. “COZY BEAR OVERLOOK” has it all; you just need to bring the food and appetite. If you decide to go out and enjoy some of the many restaurants in the area we provide a booklet in the cabin that list our favorites. One that we forgot to list was Krispy Crème Donuts, but that should be understood.
A separate game room with a pool table and an additional living room are located on the lower level so you can get away from a crowd when necessary. Be sure to bring along your laptop. This vacation get-a-way provides wireless internet access.
You will want to spend time taking in the breathtaking view on the covered wraparound main level deck, which includes a gas grill for the chef to throw on a couple of steaks for a delicious meal at home. The lower level private deck is where you will find the warm and bubbly hot tub.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT and PAYMENT: To secure your reservation there is a 25% Reservation Deposit by credit or debit card at the time of booking. Eagles Ridge North Resortis a log cabin community centrally located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains and offers a covered gazebo and small pond. This quiet, serene mountain setting is less than 2 miles from Pigeon Forge Parkway and convenient to all the area attractions. There are no steep hills or winding roads to access the cabin. The roads are paved and we have parking for up to 4 vehicles.

We met 2 of 3 of our adult daughters and our son-in-law, all of whom live in other states, for our Christmas celebration. It was that perfect cabin for celebrating the season. We will be back next year.

Absolutely above what we expected..The cabin "Cozy Bear Overlook", was amazing!! Cozy, beautiful, close to everything we wanted to do..Loved being up in the Smokey mountains..It was a wonderful girls trip and 2 b-day celebrations...Would definitely go back or reccomend to others..

This property was beautiful! Each bedroom had it's own full bathroom, which was great for our group. Our only advice is to be aware that the ceiling/floor between the main level and upstairs level is very thin. If you're in the main level bedroom next to the kitchen, you can hear everything upstairs. The basement rooms did not have this problem.

Loved our time at cabin. A couple of household issues. But, we otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cabin was great for 4 married couples. Seating was perfect for both eating and lounging. Gas logs were a wonderful help when coming in from the elements. The hot tub was also used and enjoyed. Thanks again for the quick response over fridge issue.

Lovely cabin, great for our party of 11 people! Including five children ages 10 months - nine years old! The owner contacted me to let me know of a few things in the cabin and he was very polite. Location near town to make driving easy for us as well. We all very much enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. The pictures don't do any justice. Check in and out was very easy. The six of us had plenty of space, it was very clean and close to everything. Their was a grill and we loved our private lower balcony with the jacuzzi. We will be back again!!

Worked beautifully with many couples. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. Plenty of porches and balconies to rest alone or with the group. Loved the game room. Many pool tournaments until late in the night! Super fun for all! Loved it. Will definitely return!

This cabin had plenty of room for our family of eight. It comfortably sleeps 8 with room for 4 others on two sleeper sofa beds. Our family would stay here again.

We love this cabin! Perfect location not far from main strip! Easy access, plenty of room for four families with kids, total of 10 & a baby. Everything was clean and just as explained on website. We stayed the week after Christmas & everything was decorated so beautiful. Felt like being at home. Great views from balcony. It was very quiet neighborhood when we were there. Peaceful sitting in the swing looking at the mountains enjoying a cup of coffee. We enjoyed the pool table, though at certain angles it was a little hard to get a shot without the wall being right there, but it still worked out fine. The extra sitting room right off from room where pool table was, worked out perfect for the kids to pull out couch bed. Love that everyone had their own bathrooms. Kitchen was plenty big for us to cook, eat and clean together. Beautiful dining table! Stocked with plenty of kitchen essentials to cook with. Directions were clear to get to cabin and get checked in. No issues at all. Great water pressure, everyone had hot water to take showers, there are extra towels and wash cloths available in rooms as stated, but I did bring some from home and we used the washer and dryer to wash a couple of loads with so many people so it worked out just fine. Parking was a little tight, but as stated four cars could fit and we did!!! We have stayed at several cabins in this area and this one is definitly my favorite! From the Christian/Modern Rustic decor, great location, easy access, cleanliness and plenty of room and bathrooms, we all hope that Cozy Bear is available for our next trip and all future trips instead of having to research and read reviews every year and taking a chance of what you get. We have found what works for us and I know anyone would be satisfied staying here!!! Thanks to the owners for providing an accurate description and pictures and a wonderful cabin for us to enjoy!!!!

The property was very clean, inside and out. The beds were very comfortable as was the bedding. The bathrooms also very clean and ample everything. The one and only drawback was the parking. Not lots of it but we made it work. Will stay again.

It was very easy to rent this cabin. The cabin was great. One suggestion would be to put some kind of shelf in the kitchen to store food. There is no kind of pantry. Besides that all was great.

Loved the Christian atmosphere at this cabin! The layout of the rooms were perfect for our family. It's a short drive into town but far enough away from town to enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains. Would definitely recommend!

The cabin was beautiful and even though there are other cabins close by I still felt like there was good privacy. Its super easy to get to as well! Only problem we had was the hot tub was broken. Someone was suppose to come and fix it but they never did. Other than that everything was great! We had everything we needed and pigeon forge was less than a minute drive away!

We had such a great time in this cabin! There was plenty of room for everyone, the location was perfect for us, and it was very clean and cozy. If I had to say anything it would just be that I wish there were more towels (you get one per person) and a bigger washer/drying- but that’s me being picky. Otherwise it was perfect and I would most definitely stay here again!

This was our family's second time staying in one of these cabins. We love it! I love that it has queen or king beds in each room, each room is spacious, the cabins have plenty of bathrooms, and very clean! Great location - feel like you are in the mountains but have the convenience of being near the city. I would highly recommend staying here!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Cozy Bear very much . The property was very clean and comfortable. Being there during the Christmas season was a bonus because all of the wonderful Christmas decorations were still on display. The location being close to town was convenient for us to see the sights and enjoy the many offerings in both Gatlinburg and Sevierville. Craig was very quick to respond to our questions and our correspondence. We will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left the Cozy Bear Overlook cabin what exactly what we hoped it would be. The cabin was in excellent and clean condition upon arrival. The layout was perfect for our group of four couples. The downstairs was great for those of us that preferred to stay up later without disturbing the others as well as keeping the temps cooler at night. The others who went to bed earlier and preferred to keep it warm were more than happy with the main and upper bedroom areas. The views were great and the location of the cabin was one of the most convenient we’ve ever stayed at in Pigeon Forge. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

We loved our stay at Cozy Bear Overlook. The cabin was spotless upon arrival and housekeeping had left on a couple of lamps for us which made us feel welcome. We cooked several meals in the great kitchen and had plenty of counter space to work. There was more than enough glasses, dishes, silverware, bake ware for our needs, and lots of kitchen gadgets. The huge gas grill was great too. It was nice to have plenty of space to spread out and having a bathroom with each bedroom was great for our family. Even with a cabin on either side of us it was still private and we did not feel crowded by neighbors. I would definitely choose this cabin again.

This was a great cabin for our family. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom as well as space to relax. The cabin was very clean as well. The porch views were wonderful with plenty of seating there. The only problem we encountered was that one on the cable boxes didn’t work. Also, it would be nice to have directions for how to adjust between cable and the other devices. I would definitely stay here again! A great cabin at an affordable price.

Very nice cabin and location. Close to activities but far enough away to relax for a long weekend or more. Cabin is well equipped for cooking and relaxation. Our whole family, wife, son, daughter, their spouses and father in law had a great time.

Great cabin with plenty of space. It was completely spotless when we arrived. The kitchen had more than just the basics (e.g. a crockpot, both Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, etc). Comfortable space to relax in at the end of day. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at your cabin. The place was sparkling clean with a warm inviting atmosphere. We had all the comforts of home and were only minutes away from the attractions, some of which we could see from our window. The only problem we had, was when it was time to go the children did not want to leave.

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this cabin to everyone I know. I talked with the owner and he was very nice and very helpful. I received a call not long after check in, asking if everything was as we expected and if we needed anything else to make our stay more enjoyable. The only thing any of the 8 of us could think of was more time for our stay !!!
