Guests will have access to the whole house except for an owner's closet beneath the stairs and in each bathroom. Guests are welcome to explore all of the Maple Valley Farm trails available!
While the owners are on-site working the farm, we have an entire dedicated management team available to answer any questions you might have.

We strongly recommend you come with your car as that will give you the freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountains area. As you already know, we offer free parking spots.
GENERAL
This property has requirements that include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,200 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Very private and peaceful location. House is very clean and comfortable. Pool and outdoor areas are as pictured and well maintained. Would stay there again and recommend for others if you are looking for unique farmhouse experience on a beautiful property, but still within ~30 minutes from UT and Dollywood.

We loved the peaceful setting, beautiful surroundings, and the property is prettier in person than the pictures! So many homey touches throughout, extremely clean and well kept, and the pool area is perfect.

It truly was a hidden away gem yet so close to all the main attractions on the pigeon forge parkway! Not only was the house decorated super cute for the fall time but the surrounding farm atmosphere was very enjoyable. The barnyard animals were super cute! The pool and hot tub were fantastic! It was a 10min drive to the main strip in pigeon forge. The hosts were super personable and went above and beyond providing us access to an amenity we weren’t expecting and letting us pick a pumpkin to take home! They were very responsive to any questions we had. A true delight to stay here!

Just enjoyable and amazing to be in the peaceful farm. Our hosts were also amazing leaving fresh flowers on our departure. We will be back! Heated pool and hot tub were a bonus!

The hosts were so thoughtful and caring. Loved the animals and that we were able to interact with them. I would say this is one of my best places I have stayed. Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Pictures truly cannot do this property justice. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and this is easily one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The home was beautiful, spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. The landscaping, peaceful grounds, farm animals and cats made the property feel like part of the vacation itself. The pool and hot tub were perfect after busy days exploring and the location gave us the best of both worlds. Close to restaurants, attractions and shopping while still feeling private and peaceful. The owners were absolutely wonderful, welcoming, communicative and clearly passionate about providing an amazing experience. Our family truly loved every minute here and is already talking about coming back. I truly hope and pray they are blessed with renters who treat this beautiful home and property with the utmost respect, care, and appreciation it deserves.
