Guest Access: Easy, wide, paved roads lead to your retreat; ample flat parking with zero steps inside. Your exclusive door code will be sent to you an hour before your stay begins.

Interaction: Digital guest guide with instructions & recommendations for a smooth stay. We are available 24/7; should the need arise, we are here to assist you. 

Other things to note
Pool room is equipped with an electronic keypad, self closing/latching door and a splash alarm. Instructions to turn off the alarm while the pool is in use will be in our guide. Please ensure the alarm is turned back on after every use. The private water park is for community-only use; instructions will be in the lodge and guidebook to access. 

Please keep in mind you are staying near the National Park and wildlife, including bears, are known to visit the area. Please lock your vehicles (yes, the bears can open car doors) at all times and keep trash in approved bear receptacles. Never attempt to approach, feed, or pet any wildlife of any size.

Our cabin is maintained by a local pest control company; however, there are times during the year when you may find a couple of ladybugs and other bugs in your cabin. They sneak in while loading and unloading vehicles and when the doors open.

Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellation: 
1. More than 60 days before check-in: Full refund minus reasonable processing fees. 
2. 60-31 days before check-in: 50% refund of base rate. 
3. Less than 30 days: No refund. 
 

Manager Cancellation: If the Manager cancels due to unforeseen issues (e.g., property damage), Guest will receive a full refund or alternative accommodation. Manager is not liable for any additional costs resulting from such cancelation (e.g., travel expenses). 
There will be no refunds for cancellations due to natural disasters, inclement weather, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events. 
There will be no refund issued due to steep roads or driveways.

This plan provides insurance coverage that only applies during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits, but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon your other coverages. You may wish to compare the terms of this policy with your existing life, health, home, and automobile insurance policies. If you have any questions about your current coverage, call your insurer or insurance agent or broker. House 

Check-In/Check-Out Process 
1. Check-In Process: Approximately (one) hour before Check-In Time, Guest will receive a key code for smart lock access via the E-mail Address or Phone Number listed for Guest. 
2. Check-Out Process: Guest must vacate on or before Check-Out Time. Upon vacating the Property, Guest agrees to properly secure the Property by ensuring that all exterior doors and windows are locked. Guest agrees to leave the Property in good condition. “Good condition” means, but is not limited to: all trash placed in outside trash receptacles; dirty dishes placed in dishwasher and dishwasher run; grill cleaned (if used) and cold ashes removed; all used towels placed inside showers/tubs; remove all perishable food; and log out of any streaming services utilized on any devices at the Property (Manager will not be responsible for charges made to any streaming accounts in the event you fail to log out). Guest will be responsible for any fees, costs, or damages that result from Guest’s failure to comply with this Check-Out Process including, but not limited to, a late check-out fee of $50 per half hour past the 10 am check-out time, if Guest does not vacate on or before Check-Out Time. 

Guest booking our cabin agrees to complete and sign the rental agreement, provide management with identification and requested information within 24 hours of booking; failure to do so will forfeit guest's reservation and will be subject to the above cancelation policy.

Rules:

1. No smoking or vaping inside the Property (fine: $2,000 per incident).
2. This is a pet-free property. We do welcome service animals. Any pet on the Property without prior written approval by the Manager shall result in a $2500 fine per pet. Guest is required to clean up after any pet/service animal inside and outside of the Property. This includes disposing of any waste in an outside trash receptacle. Any damage caused by any pet/service animal will be billed directly to the Guest. Service animals are required to be with the owner at all times and shall never be left on the property without its handler.
3. All occupants must comply with local noise ordinances at all times. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
4. Guest must secure the Property (lock doors, windows) when unoccupied.
5. Guest shall immediately report any damage or maintenance issues to the Management Company.
6. Occupancy Limit: The occupancy limit at the Property includes children. Exceeding the occupancy limit will result in termination of this Agreement without refund.
7. Local Regulations: Guest must comply with all local regulations.
8. Safety Features: The Property may include safety features such as noise monitoring systems, smoking monitors, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and/or carbon monoxide detectors. Guest agrees not to tamper with any safety devices. This includes tampering with any internet and WIFI equipment.
9. Dangerous Activity: Items of a dangerous, flammable, biological, chemical, hazardous, or explosive character that might increase the danger of fire, damage, or explosion on the Premises or that might be considered hazardous or extra hazardous are not permitted on the Property. Guest will be held personally responsible for any activity of this kind and hereby indemnifies and holds Manager harmless from any and all damages arising from the same.
10. Illegal Activity: No illegal activity is permitted on the Property. Under suspicion of any illegal activity, Manager shall have the right to enter the Property. Confirmation of illegal activity by law enforcement during the term of this Agreement shall result in the immediate termination of this Agreement.
