Hilltop Escape:

NEW!! This Sevierville Home is quite the escape! Hilltop Escape sits on 1/2 acre of very private land with wonderful views of rolling hills and forest scenery. The property is secluded enough for complete serenity, yet close enough to all the activities the Smoky Mountains have to offer. Hilltop Escape is newly renovated with upscale furnishings and offers plenty of space to accomodate 8-10 guests comfortably. You don't have to leave your furry friends home during this trip as this home is pet friendly! Although the yard is not fenced, there is plenty of land to leash walk your pets. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers a perfect escape for a long family getaway and is well equipped for all your vacation needs.



Living Room:

The living room offers a plush queen sleeper sofa and 2 comfy chairs for nights in watching tv on the large flat screen. The living room is steps away from the dining area and kitchen so you won't miss out on the family fun while you're having a night in cooking dinner.



Kitchen/Dining Area:

The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal and includes updated appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher). Morning coffee and evening drinks are a breeze with a blender and Mr. Coffee coffeemaker. We offer both K-cup and brewed coffee options. We also offer a tea kettle if tea is more of your thing. There is plenty of room for family meals around the 10 person dining table or skip dinner and enjoy this space with family board games.



Bedrooms:

Hilltop Escape offers plush mattresses in all rooms for an amazing nights sleep after long days of fun and relaxation. The master bedroom has 1 King Bed and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with it's own full bathroom just a few steps away. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds (bunk style) with an additional twin bed. This 3rd bedroom is very large with an amazing bay window view of the outdoors. All bedrooms have flatscreen tv's and plenty of room to unpack your luggage and stay a while.



Bathrooms:

This home has 2 full baths. The master bath has a walk in shower and the main bath has a bath tub. Both bathrooms have plenty of space to store your toiletries.



Outdoors:

The outdoor space at Hilltop Escape is a DREAM! This place offers beautiful scenery and is oh so serene. Drink your mornring coffee in the wooden rocking chairs on the front porch, then move to the outdoor dining table for your morning breakfast which seats 6. Enjoy a evening at home with steaks on the grill then enjoy some smores at fire pit with seating for 6. Take a dip in the 7 person hot tub before retiring for bed. The hot tub is covered by canopy so you can have year round enjoyment rain or shine.



Amenities:

Hilltop Oasis offers a washer and dryer so you can pack light knowing that your laundry needs are covered. This cabin has flatscreen tv's in the living room and all 3 bedrooms with complementary Wi-Fi. If gaming is more of your thing, we have a Nintendo Switch with plenty of games. If relaxation is more of your thing, the cabin is equipped with a 7 person hot tub, grill, outdoor dining and a porch with rocking chairs. If you'd like to have an evening roasting marshallows, we have you covered with an outdoor fire pit which seats 6. Bear-proof trash bins located right outside the home.



The home is set up with a keyless entry. We will send you your code the morning of your stay.
