Our enchanting 5-bedroom cabin, "Dolly's Mountain Disco", boasts a private indoor plunge pool, rejuvenating hot tub, relaxing sauna, and an exciting disco themed arcade room. Perfect for families and groups of up to 14, this fun getaway offers a one-of-a-kind experience filled with endless entertainment and fun. This brand-new Dolly Parton themed cabin is located in the SaddleBack Ridge Community surrounded by beautiful views as you drive up. The cabin is easy to access on paved roads and is in the back of a very nice residential neighborhood, 2 miles from Downtown Sevierville & 2.5 miles to the Parkway. Cabin has private parking for up to four cars. 3 vehicles can fit in the driveway and the 4th vehicle can be parked on the side of the road. Families with small children are encouraged to stay, but please note the cabin has not been specially setup to be baby- or toddler-proofed. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK and all children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

• KITCHEN: New and fully stocked kitchen with appliances like a ninja blender, crockpot, toaster, plus all the cups, plates, and utensils you need for a perfect home-cooked meal.
• LIVING ROOM: Large open living room with a sectional couch, electric fireplace, and a 55" TV. This is a perfect place for movie night for the entire family.
• COFFEE BAR: French press, Keurig, iced coffee, pour over, drip coffee, and electric kettle. A starter pack up 10 K-cups is included.
• HOUSE ACCESSORIES: Highchair, travel crib, pack-n-play, books, board games, arcade room, indoor pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, work desk with monitor, and BBQ grill.
• INDOOR PLUNGE POOL: This is heated to 85 degrees which is a littler warmer than most indoor pools. Do not expect this to feel like a hot tub that is 103 degrees. This pool is just warm enough where you can swim in all year. Absolutely no diving as the pool is 5 feet deep and 12 X 10 feet. 
• SAUNA: Infrared Sauna takes about 60 minutes to heat up (and sometimes longer). It will get up to 130 degrees.
• HOT TUB: Hot Tub seats up to 7 people. Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. Depending on what time the property was cleaned, the hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.
• ARCADE ROOM: located on the lower level and is where the fun happens. This Dolly Parton and disco themed arcade room with colorful lights and all the arcades you can think of will surely make for memorable family moments. We have Mortal Kombat II, Street Fighter II, Ms. Pac Man, The Simpsons, Ninja Turtles, Terminator 2, Golden Tee 3D, NBA Jam, and a multicade.
• GAME ROOM: We have converted our garage into a game room. This has a ping pong table, putting green, and foosball table.
• GYM: Lululemon workout mirror, dumbbells, weight bench, resistance bands, and chirp wheel. 
• BEDROOM 1 (Master): Located on the main floor off from the living room. King size bed with its own private bathroom and access to the deck | 50" Smart TV. ☞ BEDROOM 2 (upstairs): King size bed and access to a shared bathroom with Room 3 | 50" Smart TV.
• BEDROOM 3 (upstairs): King size bed with a private closet and access to a shared bathroom | 50" Smart TV.
• BEDROOM 4 (upstairs): Bunk room with 2 queen sized beds and a queen size trundle. This room can sleep 6 comfortably and has private closet. Perfect for young adults or kids and is Smoky Mountain Park themed | 43" Smart TV.
• BEDROOM 5 (upstairs): King size bed with a private closet and access to a shared bathroom | 50" Smart TV.
• All rooms upstairs share "Jack and Jill" style bathrooms.
• All TV's have access to YouTube TV.
• This is our primary residence that we are renting out while on a long road trip. We ask you kindly to be respectful to all of the work we put into everything. If anything gets messed up, please let us know so that we can make sure everything is in a working condition for the next group.

Cleanliness Commitment: Ensuring a pristine environment for our guests ranks high among our priorities. We uphold stringent cleaning standards, going above and beyond to ensure you find your space immaculately maintained. If for any reason, the cleanliness does not meet your expectations and you let us know within the first 24 hours, we will pay to have our cleaning team back out during your stay.
