Nestled on a one-acre view lot, Nothin' But A Good Time, was built in 2018 with family vacations in mind. This 3,400 sq ft, 3-level cabin, sleeps up to 12 and has 5 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. The lower level houses a wet bar, 2nd living area, 60 game arcade, a pool table, and a theater room with surround sound and sofa recliners! There's lots of Room For Everyone!
After entering the main level from the wrap-around porch you'll be greeted by cathedral ceilings that give the cabin a large open feel. The main level has one of two living areas with a stack stone gas fireplace, large screen TV, and seating including a queen-size sleeper sofa. The dining area has a rustic handmade walnut dining table that seats 10, while the kitchen has a 10-foot granite counter that seats up to another 4 guests. The main level is also home to two queen size bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a washer/dryer.
Upstairs on the upper level, you'll find the Master Bedroom complete with King Size Bed, Large Flat Screen TV, and the attached Master bathroom featuring a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a water closet. This level also houses the Farm Bedroom complete with bunk beds for the kids and a fun sliding barn door closet. The loft area is perfect for taking in views of the mountains or sitting with a book.
The lower level is where the fun happens! Come down the stairs into the home's lower level and you'll find a large second living area with a wet bar, kitchenette (microwave & fridge), and counter seating for 3. The area boasts a 7-foot pool table, pub table with seating for 3 more, and a living room with an electric fireplace, another of our 8 large screen TVs, and a queen sleeper sofa! Step out the patio doors and you'll find our 7-person Blu-Tooth Hot Tub with colored lights and a charcoal grill.
The lower level also has a full bathroom and a queen size bedroom. In the bedroom is a game nook with a stand-up arcade game featuring all your favorites like Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Frogger, Donkey Kong, Mario Brothers, and Centipede, just to name a few!
Our favorite part of the lower level is the Theater Room with Surround Sound! It has stadium-style reclining sofa seating, so everyone can see, and double insulated walls to keep the sound in!
Nothin' But A Good Time has flat-screen televisions in all bedrooms, the living room, and the lower level living area. We have Satellite TV and WiFi for all of your viewing and surfing needs.
We are off Sugar Loaf Road, about 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville. 8-10 minutes to the main parkway in Pigeon Forge, 15 minutes to Wears Valley, 20 minutes to Dollywood, 25 minutes to Gatlinburg and all the attractions Sevier County has to offer.

We loved staying in this cabin! It had plenty of space and was the perfect setup for our family to meet and enjoy time together. As the description says, the cabin is accessible to the local attractions, making it a great choice if you're looking for the cabin experience without being too far from everything. After booking, I had to make some adjustments to our arrangements, which Stacia and Larry were willing to provide. I truly appreciate the hosts taking time to work with us and make our experience there a positive one. Out of all the choices in the area, I am glad I chose this one.

This place was amazing. Had all the possible amenities you could need for a nice peaceful evening after a busy day in Pigeon Forge or the Smokey Mountains. Plenty of room for a large family to do activities together or if you want a little privacy. Highly recommend.

House was exactly how pictured and described - the perfect size and layout for family reunions. The adults loved playing pool and hanging out in the bottom level while the kids were watching movies in the theater. We enjoyed relaxing around the firepit and one night we made S'mores!
The location was great - only about 15-20 minutes from the strip in Pigeon Forge and we loved Larry's food recommendations. Definitely check out Gaucho Urbano if you are a carnivore!
Would definitely recommend this host and this house to everyone!

Was a little scary for us city girls, our first drive in the mountains, but so relaxing and beautiful once we got to the cabin. Would do it again in a minute, thank you so much to the owners for sharing their cabin with us.

Was a great stay, highly recommend. Had all the amenities and is very comfortable even for a larger group like we had. It is in a great location that is a quick drive from the Pigeon Forge strip. Larry and Stacia go above and beyond to make sure they make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone else.

Great location for family of 11 ages 12-78!! Paired with a UT college visit and meet up with family was perfect—completely avoided often crazy drives into the more popular areas. Only 15 minute drive to some great local dining places and only 35 to UT. Accommodations were great, loved the basement with various activities for kids and adults alike. The communication was very clear of what the rental would have in the way of appointments so was able to plan accordingly. Thanks for helping us make great family memories!

My family takes an annual trip to the area every year and this cabin was everyone's favorite. Far enough out of the way where you don't have to deal with traffic, but close enough where you can get to everything in about 10 - 15 minutes. Very spacious. We had a great time playing pool and loved all the decor. We will definitely book this place again for future visits.

The cabin is clean and spacious. Plenty of room for the nine of us plus an infant. Private and not too far from everything. We enjoyed the theater and all the entertainment in the basement. The Bluetooth jukebox allowed us to play our own music. Beautiful weather for us to sit around the fire pit and make s’mores and hotdogs. Everything was great and we would come again

Stacia and Larry's home was clean, comfortable, and beautiful..The mountain views were spectacular..The cabin is in a great location and is right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so it didn't take long to drive to either town..Communication and response was great..I would definitely stay here again...

This house was awesome with many great features! The movie theater was great for all of us. It was cozy by the fire pit making smores with the kids and conversations with the adults. Having a frig on the lower level was great so we didn’t have to keep going up and down the stairs. The layout was perfect for everyone that came with us. It’s not far from everything we wanted to do and see. We stayed a week & we all had a great time. Will definitely come back again.

My family rented this cabin for Christmas. It was a little off the beaten path but still accessible. We could easily drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, though Gatlinburg was mobbed for Christmas. Our family had many games of pool, soaks in the hot tub, battles of Ms.PacMan and Frogger, and dinners at the large table. For the most part, we had 7 adults at home with an 8th joining on the last day. We are already talking about renting this place again.

We loved this cabin. We had 12 family members celebrating Thanksgiving and there was almost everything we needed. We did notice a couple small things and contacted the owners and they immediately sent someone to fix our ‘issues’. Beautiful view from deck. Lots of room for multiple cars. Awesome rec room and media room. I would reco these folks to anyone.

This cabin was big and spacious. It was very clean and up to date. The pictures don't do the cabin any justice. It was so beautiful inside and out. The view was amazing. When I needed any help or hand any questions Stacia was available immediately.

Our group couldn’t believe how well the architecture was. We all slept comfortably and didn’t have any issues. We would definitely stay again!! This was our first time in the area and once we saw the location of other cabins, we were very grateful that this cabin wasn’t on the scariest of roads!!

This property has stunning views. The house itself is immaculately kept. I highly suggest this property as your top choice when considering a Smokey Mountain getaway! My group had zero complaints and Stacia and Larry always kindly responded if I had any questions. You won’t be disappointed!

The cabin was exceptionally clean. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Kids had plenty to do with the theatre room, pool table and arcade game. Communication was excellent. We would definitely rent this cabin again!

Stacia and Larry’s home is perfect for a family getaway. It has everything you need, offers plenty of space and was very clean. It is close to nearby retail in Pigeon Forge and only a few minutes from a gas station and general store. We’d love to come back!

Everything at Nothing But A Good Time was perfect! What a beautiful spacious cabin! Many nights after dinner were spent playing pool. The movie theater was awesome! The cabin was sparkling clean and the beds were comfortable. I especially liked having two refrigerators.
There are hundreds of things to do nearby. Our favorite restaurant was The Local Goat. (Make sure you go on their website and make a reservation). Dollywood was amazing and so was the Dolly Stampede.
I highly recommend staying in this cabin! Great location and a great property.

A great cozy cabin with plenty of room to spread out, and entertainment galore. Perfect location if you want to get away from busy downtown Pigeon Forge, but just a short drive away. Every basic necessity provided for, and was truly a great place to spend my vacation in.

i rented this for a birthday present for my gf. we did a 2 day rental and it was amazing. it is only 15 miles form my home in sevierville but we felt like we were in another state. great cabin had everything we could need. we will def rent this next year, and will add another day onto it. Highly recommend this cabin.

This three story cabin is beautiful, clean and very spacious. We had a group of 10 and were not running into each other. The hosts were excellent and checked in with up periodically through email. You will not be disappointed when staying at 'Nothing But a Good Time'.

This is a fun family retreat. The cabin is much better and newer than pictured!
We enjoyed the game room downstairs, with its own refrigerator, and the family time together. The movie theater is also great with 6 comfortable seats.
The cabin also has a good distribution with one bathroom in each of the 3 floors which we found very helpful.

Stacia and Larry are awesome and the cabin is incredible! We stayed there over Christmas and it was the perfect place for our celebration. The cleanliness was exceptional, the decorations were done with intention. and the amenities were excellent. This place offers so much opportunity for enjoyment for the entire family. And that view!
Stacia and Larry were so kind and helpful. Even when a freak winter storm knocked out power, they immediately checked on us, called the power company to get an estimate of when power would be restored, and walked us through locating the breaker box when the power was back on. They, along with their beautiful cabin, helped make Christmas special. We'll be back ðŸ˜.

This home is perfect for larger families, a very beautiful view, relaxing and conveniently located. You will not be disappointed! The game room, movie theater, arcade and hot tub were perfect for days we didn’t want to get out in the rain. The roads are very easy, not disappointed!

Great stay! Renewed my vows with my husband here, with immediate family. We had a great time. Horseback riding was close, which our family loves to do together. Grocery stores close. Shopping great, did numerous activities together.
