The Views

Two private decks with 180° panoramic views of Mt. LeConte and the Smoky Mountain range. Sunrise here is something guests never forget and the hot tub at night with those same views is even better.

The Cabin

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 guests. Two king beds, sofa beds throughout, and a game room loft. Entire home — no shared spaces, complete privacy from check-in to check-out.

What's Inside

Private hot tub, freshly cleaned and heated, before every stay. Private theater room with surround sound. Game loft with pool table, air hockey, foosball, and arcade games. Jacuzzi soaking tub — guests consistently call it the highlight of the stay. Gas fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen — Instacart delivers to the resort. High-speed WiFi suitable for streaming and remote work.

Resort Amenities

Access to the Legacy Mountain Resort community pool and fitness center, a short 5-minute walk from the cabin. Legacy Mountain Ziplines are on-site and walkable — no car needed.

Legacy Mountain Resort, Sevierville, TN. 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. 20 minutes to Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Paved roads all the way in — no steep or unsafe mountain driving.

The Bear Situation

You are in the mountains near the national park — black bears roam the area. Keep food secured, lock your car, and enjoy the wildlife from a respectful distance. They're magnificent. Just don't feed them.

Kick back, relax, and enjoy the mountain magic. Here are our fun, friendly house guidelines to keep your stay safe, comfy, and *bear-free* (hopefully).

Important things to note:

🏡 **Treat the Cabin Kindly** Handle the cabin like your own peaceful retreat. Registered guests only — unregistered visitors will be gently escorted out by our neighborhood black bear. He works for tips. (half-eaten sandwiches, leftovers etc)

😴 **Quiet Hours | 11 PM – 8 AM** Sound bounces around these hills like it’s got somewhere to be. Thanks for keeping nights mellow and respecting guests in other cabins!

🚫🐾 **No Pets** We love furry buddies, but this cabin stays 100% pet-free to keep it comfy for all future guests.

NO 🚭 **Smoking** No smoking or vaping inside. Outdoors is fine — just keep it tidy so the porch stays scenic.

🛁 **Hot Tub Rules** We drain and refill our Hot Tub with fresh water for every new stay! The hot tub isn't a bubble bath...even if it does look tempting

🍳 **Kitchen Etiquette** Cook, snack, unwind — just tidy up afterward and start the dishwasher at checkout.

🗑️ **Trash** All the trash goes into the bear-proof bins *latched tight* with the chain and carabiner attached. If you leave food outside, the bears will consider it an invitation… and they never RSVP

🐻 **Bear Habits & Staying Safe** You are officially in bear country — congrats! A few things to keep your trip from becoming a Discovery Channel episode: * Bears are most active at dusk, dark, and early morning. * If you go out to the car, go for a walk **bring a flashlight and stay aware**. * Bears are curious, quiet, and surprisingly polite — unless you leave food out. * Do not approach, feed, or have a heart-to-heart with them. * Keep food, coolers, and trash inside or secured.
