Izzy's Family Getaway:

NEW!!! This newly renovated Family Getaway in Pigeon Forge comes with ALL the updates and sits in the popular River Point Subdivision 1 mile off the Parkway. This home is a short walk to the Little Pigeon River where fishing, kayaking and tubing are welcome. The Old Mill stocks this river for Trout so there's a good chance you'll snag a fish or two. The Trolley stop is less than 1 mile away which takes you to all the local attractions. Izzy's Getaway offers a true getaway with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, a newly built deck with seating for 6 (including outdoor dining), a covered patio with hottub and seating for 4 (with table for another dining option), a 2 tier deck on the front of the home with seating for 4, a downstairs game room with games galore and tv's everywhere! This home is over 2000 square feet and offers a perfect family (or multi-family) getaway to the Smokies!



Living Room:

The living room offers 2 new plush sofas (including a queen sleeper sofa) with pillows and blanket throws to enjoy a night in watching tv by the fireplace. The living room is steps away from the dining area and kitchen which offers seating for 10 additional people for some ultimate family fun during your nights at home.



Kitchen/Dining Area:

The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal and includes new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher) and an ice machine that makes everyone's favorite ice nuggets. Enjoy morining coffee on the front or back deck with your choice of K-cup or freshly brewed coffee. There is also plenty of room for family meals around the 6 person dining table or the bar area which seats an additional 4. The dining area can also double as a card or game playing station after dinner or can even be used as a work space if duty calls. There are also 2 options for outdoor dining as both the upper and lower deck areas have tables set for 4. The upstairs deck is also home to the grill if you'd like to grill out at home. The downstairs arcade area has a table set for 2 if additional dining space is needed.



Bedrooms:

Izzy's Family Getaway has plenty of options for sleeping arrangements and can sleep 14 people including children comfortably. Izzy's offers 2 King Bedrooms upstairs with plush mattresses for a great nights sleep after a long day of fun on the Little Pigeon River. King Bedroom 1 offers a dresser as well as side tables with lamps with a bathroom. Bedroom 1 is steps away from the laundry area and is also very close to the front door where there is a front deck with seating for 2. King Bedroom 2 also offers a dresser as well as side tables with an en suite bathroom. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa upstairs if needed.

Downstairs offers sleeping for 8 people. The playhouse twin beds are immediately down stairs which are a great option for the kids. There is also a bedroom which has a bunk with 2 queen beds. This room has a dresser and side table as well as a heater/ac unit for cold/warm nights. The main arcade/gaming area has a trundle bed which has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have celing fans and all sleeping areas have flatscreen tv's.



Bathrooms:

This home offers 3 full bathrooms. Bathroom 1 is the main bathroom closest to the living room and is also attached to Bedroom 1. This bathroom offers a bathtub. Bathroom 2 is an en suite bathroom to King Bedroom 2 which has a walk in shower and double sinks. Bathroom 3 is downstairs and is central to all sleeping areas. This is a smaller walk in shower with a single sink. All bathrooms provide plenty of storage for your bathing essentials.



Outdoors:

Izzy's Family Getaway has 3 outdoor seating options. The front of the home has a 2 tier deck. with seating for 2. There is a deck off of the kitchen which has a dining table for 4. This deck also has 2 plush wicker egg chairs which are very inviting for your morning coffee. Downstairs you will find the 3rd outdoor area off of the arcade/game room which is home to the hot tub and table for 4. The downstairs hot tub area is completely screened in with door to the yard so the upstairs guests can enjoy the hot tub without interrupting the downstairs guests if you'd prefer.



Amenities:

Izzy`s Family Getaway offers a washer and dryer so you can pack light knowing that your laundry needs are covered. The house has 6 tv's. One in each bedroom, one in the living room, playhouse and gameroom area. This getaway also provides complementary Wi-Fi so you can enjoy an evening next to the indoor fireplace and watch your favorite netflix and hulu shows.

Izzy`s Family Getaway offers an extremely spacious game room and playhous area. Suitable for all ages, this game room alone has arcade games such as Basketball, Pinball, Ping Pong, Cornhole, Air Hockey and more! This game room also offers a trundle bed to relax and watch TV after an exciting evening of game play.

Izzy`s Family Getaway has an outdoor hot tub located on a spacious screened-in deck. If you'd like to have an evening outdoors, we have you covered there too with an outdoor grill and seating for 6 on the upstairs deck.
