This home is directly across the street and a very short walk to the Little Pigeon River where you can go tubing, kayaking and fishing. The Old Mill stocks this river for Trout so there's a good chance you'll be able to bring home dinner! If kayaking and tubing is your thing, be sure to make your stopping point the famous Apple Barn where you can sample wines and ciders, have an amazing lunch or dinner and finish up with dessert at The Creamery.

If you're opting for dinner out, the Trolley stop is less than 1 mile away. Wind Down Oasis offers upscale furnishings and decor along with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to accomodate 6 guests comfortably. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home offers a perfect space for a long family getaway or a weekend anniversary trip. Living Room:

The living room is complete with a new queen sleeper sofa and 2 chairs with ottomans to kick back and watch tv on the large flat screen while nestling by the fireplace. The living room is steps away from the dining area and kitchen so you won't miss out on the family fun when you need a snack.



Kitchen/Dining Area:

The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal and includes new appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher) and an ice machine that makes everyone's favorite ice nuggets. Wake up to your choice of K-cup or freshly brewed coffee and wind down with your favorite evening beverage. The home is also equipped for cocktails with a variety of glasses, a blender, mixers and strainers. There is also plenty of room for family meals around the 4 person dining table or the bar area which seats 3. The dining area can also double as a card or game playing station after dinner or can even be used as a work space if duty calls.



Bedrooms:

Wind Down Oasis offers 2 King Bedrooms with plush mattresses for a great nights sleep after a long day of fun and relaxation. King Bedroom 1 has a bay window with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 1 is also very close to the front door where there is a front deck with seating for 2. King Bedroom 2 has a door that opens to the spacious back screened deck where the hot tub is located and also has direct bathroom access. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressers and flat screen tv's.



Bathrooms:

This home offers 2 full bathrooms. Bath 1 is an en suite bathroom featuring a double sink and walk in shower. Bath 2 has a combination bathtub with shower and has an entrance off the main hallway as well as a door connecting to King Bedroom 2. Both bathrooms provide plenty of storage for your bathing essentials.



Outdoors:

Wind Down Oasis has 3 outdoor seating options. The home is elevated which allows for a HUGE parking and/or play area below the entire home. This below home area has 4 luxury hanging egg swing chairs as well as a large picnic table. This carport area also has outdoor games available including cornhole. There is a small deck with seating for 2 at the front of the home. Once upstairs, there is a screened deck area off of both the living room and King bedroom 2. The screened deck area has a large hot tub and a table with seating for 4. There is also a propane gas grill on the carport and small electric grill on the back deck upstairs if you get lucky on the Little Pigeon River and want to grill up some fresh fish.



Amenities:

Wind Down Oasis offers a washer and dryer so you can pack light knowing that your laundry needs are covered. This house has 3 tv's (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room) as well as complementary Wi-Fi to enjoy Netflix and Hulu. Enjoy an evening next to the indoor fireplace and watch your favorite shows. This oasis is equipped with an outdoor hot tub located on a spacious screened-in deck. If you'd like to have an evening outdoors, we have you covered there too with an outdoor grill, picinic table and 4 hanging egg swing chairs.There is also a solo stove for roasting marshmallows and plenty of outdoor games including corn hole! Smores kits are available for purchase if you'd like to include this with your stay!



This property has a slow EV charger for daily use if needed for an additional fee of $10/day.
