Our guest house has two fabulous back porches with seating, a rooftop perfect for entertaining with a grill, hot tub, outdoor games and a great seating area. The rooftop has amazing views of the mountains, the parkway at night and views of the Dollywood fireworks. Our home can sleep up to 12 guests while featuring a theater room, arcade games and an indoor heated pool. Easy 2-minute access to the Parkway.

Welcome to the Rooftop Retreat! We can’t wait for you to experience our brand new home and make lifelong memories here. You get to experience the best of Pigeon Forge with an amazing rooftop oasis. Relax in the rooftop hot tub, take in the stars, enjoy sunrise or sunset views of the mountains and see the Dollywood fireworks. Our home has three bedrooms accommodating up to 12 guests for your friends and family. Conveniently located just two minutes from the main Parkway off Wears Valley Road, straight across from The Island.

THE SPACE:
This cabin features amazing views like no one else has in this area. We have turned the rooftop into an experience you’ll never forget. We named this cabin “Rooftop Retreat” because it truly is a retreat!

Imagine spending all day out shopping and having fun, to come home to relax in the hot tub under the stars with your family or to get away from the kids. If that’s not enough, enjoy the heated indoor pool with a climate-controlled room or be entertained in the theater room with foosball and arcade games. Make memories your family will never forget.

We have a fully stocked kitchen for making breakfast, lunch or dinner. The family room features a tv, comfy furniture and an amazing fireplace. The cabin also features two decks with chairs out back and even a private access from the master suite.

Located just two minutes from the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge and only 9 miles from downtown Gatlinburg.

DETAILS OF HOME:

*Main Level
The main level features an open floor plan with a kitchen, island with seating, dining table, living room, half bathroom and laundry room. It also features a luxurious master suite with a large private bathroom and private access to the back deck.

*Second level
The second bedroom is a queen size bed with full private bathroom The third bedroom on this level is the bunk bed room that features two queen size bunk beds (sleep 8), PacMan arcade game and a full bathroom in the hallway.

*Basement/Lower Level
Features a theater room with tv for movies and shows. Foosball table and a pin ball game. Access to the outside deck for seating and hosting friends/family. Indoor pool room is across the hall with a half bathroom. The indoor pool is heated with a room that is heated as well.

*Rooftop
Access out front to the rooftop via the steps. We feature a 6-8 person hot tub with lights, a gas grill, mini fridge, table for eating, a large L-shaped couch for entertaining, corn hole boards, ring toss game and a large oversized Connect 4 game. This all is nicely covered with a pergola for dining and string lights for nighttime.

LOCATION:
This cabin is nestled on a hillside, giving you phenomenal views and is in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Within 10 mins walking distance to the trolley stop and 9 miles driving distance to downtown Gatlinburg.

HOME ESSENTIALS:
We supply everything that you need for kitchen supplies for cooking your favorite meal, bedding, an alarm clock, TVs, blankets, towels/wash clothes, makeup rags, and laundry supplies for the washer and dryer. Propane is provided for the rooftop grill. Have your caffeine fix each morning with our Elite Keurig coffee pot. Our tv’s will stream all your favorite apps and movies.

Our cleaners clean in between every guest and drain/refill the hot tub each turn.

HOUSE RULES:
Most of these are no brainers, but just in case we need to clarify:
-No smoking or vaping of any substance in the home.
-No pets.
-No parties or get-togethers exceeding the maximum occupancy.
-No rearranging furniture.
-No confetti or tape on walls that would leave damage or excessive cleaning.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS:
The primary renter must be 21 years of age. There are exceptions on case by case. Contact us for more details.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
Our property is equipped with exterior cameras/doorbell capable of recording video and audio.

STARTER KIT:
We know no ones wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day. We supply paper towels, dish soap/sponge, dishwasher pods, hand soap, toilet paper and laundry detergent pods.

OUR GUARANTEE:
We promise to bring you a pleasant stay. We do understand that sometimes things happen, but we are here and dedicated to our guests. We will do everything we can to make sure your stay is fabulous! Our home is not different than your home. Please try to treat it and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.

FEES MAY APPLY:
We understand some people get away for parties, from birthday parties to bachelor/bachelorette parties to weekend getaways. We welcome you, but we do require respect. Respect not only for our home but for our neighbors as well. Quiet times are from 11 pm - 7 am.

Please understand our fee schedule exists for those who choose to cause damage or chaos during their stay at our home.

*** Please note that any issues that arise with the hot tub or indoor pool areas will be addressed as soon as notified. Keep in mind that evenings, weekends and holidays may cause some delay in getting repairmen out there for repairs. We will do our best to get things fixed as the repairmen can.
