The place was the perfect location and had everything we needed! Clean and comfortable! Neighborhood was quiet, we did have bears at night which was kinda fun! More than anything the host is exceptional, always replying to messages quickly and also went out of their way when left something at the place!!

We immediately fell in love with the house. It was cozy, warm and inviting. We loved that it was at the end of a cul-de-sac so there was no other traffic and the peace and quiet was much appreciated. Everything was just as described and in great shape. We had no need for any additional interaction with the host because everything was perfect. The host's communication prior to our arrival gave us peace of mind which was wonderful since we are somewhat new to using ECBYO. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

This house is very lovely & the hosts are very responsive. I’ve stayed in this same place for the last 2 years I’ve traveled to this area and it’s always been before kept up with and taken care of.

The scenery was gorgeous and it was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge in Gatlinburg. Our host was very easy to communicate with and made our whole experience effortless.

High-N-Dry was wonderfully located just off the main strip in Pigeon Forge. The house was located in a private development at the end of a cul-de-sac. The streets of the development were very quiet and walkable, with well-manicured lawns and common area located next to a river which had a walkway to explore the river and wildlife.
The house was clean and well laid out, making it was easy to settle in for our extended stay. The house quickly became “home” and a welcome place to return to after exploring the area and the Smoky Mountains.

We were pleased. Our youngest daughter came and stayed one night, because her dog had became ill. She husband stayed with the dog and our daughter drove over on Friday and stayed and left Saturday towards evening.We ate out and visited, had a real good time. Thanks!John & Mary Stauffer

We stay in this area a few times a year, we love how close you are to everything but it feels like you’re miles away. The house was great and we enjoyed kayaking down the river.

We had a wonderful stay at the High N Dry cabin in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee! The location was perfect—conveniently close to all the attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful and serene atmosphere. We truly felt safe and relaxed during our time there. The cabin itself was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook and feel right at home.

The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, living room and dining area felt very inviting. Located in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood. You are still really close to all the attractions and restaurants but still feel like you are in a quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood. It was extremely hot during our visit, so we decided not to spend much time outside, would love to come back during fall.
