Additional Notes:
• Three levels: Stairs connect each floor and the home is not ideal for guests with mobility limitations.
• Parking: 4 spots comfortably in the parking lot at the cabin.
• Mountain roads: paved with a few steeper sections. During winter weather, 4WD or AWD is recommended.
• Wildlife: you are in bear country. Keep doors locked, do not leave food or trash outside, and never feed wildlife.
• Starter supplies: we provide an initial set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and basic bath amenities. For longer stays, plan to top up as needed.
• Gas/Propane grill: Please check propane level at check-in and let us know right away if it is low. Unlimited propane is not a provided amenity; we will do our best to refill during your stay if needed. Clean the grates after each use. Grill tools are in the kitchen.
• TVs and streaming: HD TVs in every bedroom, pool room and game room. Sign in with your own streaming accounts. Free cable (Xfinity Stream app) is a provided amenity.
• Internet: high speed WiFi is provided (Comcast). Mountain weather can occasionally affect service.
• Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am to respect our neighbors and resort rules.
• No parties or events in keeping with platform policy - Visitors are allowed as long as maximum occupancy of 10 is not exceeded.
• The private indoor pool is heated to 84°F all year and cannot be changed. The pool’s depth is 3.5 feet. There is a pool room security alarm, pool door keypad lock and pool splash alarm for child safety. Foam floaties are provided. Inflatable tubes are guest left extras and may or may not hold air, if you’re set on having one, BYO is the way to go!
• The pool technician will need to enter the cabin on Monday and Thursday. You do NOT need to be present. Please reach out to us before your arrival if you do NOT want the technician to enter during your stay - we completely understand and can accommodate if requested.
• Smoking is welcome outdoors on decks (only if windows & doors are closed) and in parking area. Indoor smoking is not allowed and is monitored. Please use the ash containers provided on each deck.
• One exterior camera faces the parking area. A noise/smoke monitoring device is in a common area; it measures decibel and smoke levels only and does not record audio.
• The cabin is decorated for Christmas from Nov 1 - Jan 4, exact dates are not guaranteed.
• During winter months there is always a chance of icy roads. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
• This is our family cabin as well. If anything is not five-star, message Stina during your stay and we will make it right.
