Welcome to Sweet Mountain Retreat, a luxury log cabin, which finished construction in December 2018. Sweet Mountain Retreat is a stunning 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom (plus 2 half bathroom) mountain lodge with space for 12 and an impressive list of amenities. Modeled after the picturesque Moulton Barn in Grand Teton National Park, this cabin has a loft and the open feel of a barn, barnwood ceilings and farmhouse furnishings. As you arrive at Sweet Mountain Retreat, you will be amazed at the magnificent views of the Smoky Mountains from this large 2 1/2 story cabin! This cabin is located in an area unaffected by the November 2016 fires. The cabin's neighborhood and its mountain views show no signs of the fires.
After taking in the incredible views from the hot tub outside as well as the two-story great room inside, you can enjoy your favorite movie in the cabin’s own theater room that comfortably seats 9 people in reclining theater seats. Following a lively evening of ping pong or pool, or just hanging out with family and friends in the rockers on the deck, you can relax in one of the cabin’s two private king master bedrooms (on opposite ends of the main floor) that each have their own tub, shower, double vanity, flat screen TV, and doors that open to a view of the mountains. Kids and kids at heart love the bunk room (on the lower level along with the game room and theater room) with two sets of bunk beds - one queen and one twin - and an Xbox One.

Additionally, per the terms of our rental agreement, YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER in order to rent this cabin. Otherwise you must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian /group leader.

Beautiful and well kept home with gorgeous views and amenities! Steep drive up mountain at times... 4 wheel drive vehicle would be helpful but not necessary. Great communication with owner and great instructions and directions. Wonderful visit!

Wonderful time. The cabin was really nice and the view of the Smokey Mountains were fabulous. My family really enjoyed the game room and theater. Recommend and would definitely come back again.

Sweet Mountain Retreat is amazing. There was something for everyone. 3 adults and 3 children stayed and we had so much fun playing pool, ping pong and air hockey. The view was incredible. The cabin is so relaxing. The theater room is amazing. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook any meal. We couldn't have been happier during our stay.

This cabin was immaculate! It appears to be new construction with a fresh smell. It is quite luxurious. The views of the mountains are amazing and as pictured. I enjoyed the drive up and it’s easy to find. It’s close by activities 12-15mins. Mindy was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend. Our guests were utterly impressed. I plan to book again.
