Welcome to “Andrea’s Luxury Cabin Retreat”. This brand new 2 story cabin was just completed in February 2022! It is the perfect combination of style and comfort in a premium location that’s just a short 5 minitr drive to the Parkway, The Island, Dollywood Amusement Park 3 miles away and close to Gatlinburg. It’s the ideal location for your Smokey Mountain adventure! Peaceful and quiet, yet near all the action.

The space
"Andrea's Luxury Cabin Retreat" is so close to great dinner theaters, outlet shopping, restaurants, and craft shops... not to mention Dollywood, Gatlinburg, the wonderful hiking trails, mountain streams, and views to be found in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

This brand new beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-level cabin provides you with a spacious living room where you can enjoy the comfortable furniture including a large flat screen TV perfectly placed above the fireplace, which is a great place to watch your favorite show.

Prepare and enjoy tasty meals in the full equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area. "Andrea's Luxury Cabin Retreat" has it all; you just need to bring the food and appetite.

You will not have trouble bringing the whole family. "Andrea's Luxury Cabin Retreat" has a master bedroom on the 1st floor with a king size mattress and full bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms with king size beds, a third bedroom with two twin on twin bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms on the second floor. Vizio smart TV (BYO password) and ceiling fan in all bedrooms. Our game room has a Foosball table, several board games and two video arcade games with 60+ games.

You will get a personalized door code before your check-in.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed).
- 12 guests max (this includes kids).
- Ring floodlight in the front for your security. No hidden/indoor cameras.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen (full size appliances) with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, tea kettle, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker.

LAUNDRY: Full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

AMENITIES: Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash can liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supplies runs out.

VIEW: Cabin does offer mountain views in some rooms.

LAUNDRY: Full size washer and dryer.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: No late check-out or early check-in. Our cleaners need time to turn over the property before the next guests arrive.

Pets are allowed. Only one pet please. There is a $100 pet fee.

SMOKING/FIRES: Absolutely no smoking. Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles or any kind of smoking/vaping) will be charge $500 plus damages and will be asked to leave without refund.

PRIVATE OUTDOOR GRILL: Please bring charcoal.
