Everything in this condo is new! It is located on a peaceful street adjacent to the main Gatlinburg strip. The Gatlinburg strip is the heart of Gatlinburg containing hundreds of shops, restaurants, & exciting activities. At checkin, park your vehicle in our free lot and walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. From this location, you can also get on a trolley that will take you to Pigeon Forge!
The space
The space is a 550 square foot condo on the second floor that contains a queen bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, beautiful renovated bathroom, and a kitchenette perfect for quick meals and coffee.
Guest access
Guests will have access to a key code to get into the condo's entry door. Guests can check in and out easily with this access code.
Additional notes
Please be aware that the pool and hot tub are currently closed for the Fall and Winter season.

"We stayed at Ethan & Jennifer's Condo, an let me just say it was what I expected. It looked just like the pictures online, everything in the Condo was extremely spotless, Easy access to get in, linens were provided, walkway were clutter free. The instructions were clearly provided to me. I would recommend staying here again. Thank you for the extremely great hospitality that you serviced."
