Get away to the heart of the Smoky Mountains at Woodland Cove, a stunning 3BR, 3BA luxury cabin that accommodates up to 12 guests. Just 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this spacious retreat offers all the comforts of home with an indulgent touch of mountain elegance, perfect for anyone seeking a cozy, private getaway. With three expansive levels, multiple lounges, and plenty of beds, everyone in your group will have room to relax and recharge.
*Please note: This cabin is identical in layout and decor to our two neighboring cabins, Brynwood Station and Eaglebend Cabin. Since they are all located side by side and have the same interior design, we’ve used the same photos for all three listings until we can schedule individual photo shoots for the other two. Rest assured, the cabin you book will look exactly as pictured. Thank you for your understanding!
Featuring a private heated indoor pool with breathtaking views and hot tub looking out onto the Smokies, Woodland Cove is the perfect place to unwind after a day full of fun. Enjoy cozy evenings on the giant screened-in outdoor patio, complete with a 65” TV, fireplace, and plenty of seating. Guests of all ages will enjoy taking a dip in the heated pool or playing games in the lounge.

The Basics
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• *Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.
• Do Not Arrive to property prior to your approved check-in time.
• No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors.
Payment Schedule
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be 75% due at time of the booking instead of what s listed below. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are happy to consider alternative payment plans. Please contact our guest service team at 865-722-7667 to discuss further.
Cancellation Policy
We recognize that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have designed our cancellation and travel credit policy to offer you flexibility and peace of mind. For more information on our cancellation policy, please click here. To further ease your travel concerns, we provide the option to add travel insurance at the time of booking.
Guest Communication
Guests receive a booking confirmation text message that includes a reservation rental agreement for review and signature. Once the rental agreement has been submitted guests will be directed to a Welcome Book complete with important check-in details, cabin information and noteworthy local attractions. The Welcome Book will be resent via text message and email 24-hours prior to arrival.
