Brynwood Station is THE perfect place for friends and families to come together and getaway from everyday life! Brynwood Station can comfortably accommodate many  guests with its 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 2 queen sleeper sofas, and 6 twin-bunk beds. Make a splash in the pool or relax in the hot tub, do whatever your heart desires in this cabin that truly has it all!

Adults can appreciate the serene views or eat dinner on the wrap around deck, while supporting their favorite sports team on the 55” outdoor TV. Meanwhile, the kids are downstairs in the lively lounge, playing a game of air hockey or reading a book in the Kids Kave.

Maybe one of the best things about Brynwood Station, is its prime location to all the attractions that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer. Spend all day out on the ropes at Anakeesta or take a swing by The Donut Friar for a tasty treat.

THE BASICS:

No smoking, house parties, no pets, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

*Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.

SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:

All Great Smoky Mountains Cabin Rentals properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.

 

GUEST COMMUNICATION:

After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation text along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay will be sent via text. 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be 75% due at time of the booking instead of what’s listed below. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are also more than happy to accept payments in smaller increments if reservation follows traditional payment schedule that is shared below.

DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:

Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter’s stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.

POLICY VIOLATION FEES:

from $50 .......... Un-Authorized Early Check-In/Late Check-Out (guest must check-out of unit at 10 A.M. unless approved by management prior to check-in)

from $500 .......... Smoking Violation Fee

from $500 .......... Maximum Occupancy Violation

from $1,000 .......... Pet Policy Violation

SUPPLY STARTER KIT:

Our Starter Kit includes a roll of 2 paper towels in each kitchen, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
