This cabin was designed as a perfect getaway for you and your family and friends! Featuring 5 King Ensuite's and a large 6th bedroom designed for teens/kids with multiple beds. The space: Professional pictures coming soon.
“HooBear Lodge” has 5 King Ensuite bedrooms each with their own bathroom and closet. In addition, the ground floor has a 6/7th bedroom (which is a double bedroom opened up to be one large room designed for kids/teens - featuring two log bunk beds( 4 twin beds )and a sleeper couch (queen).
This is one of the few cabins with a great view and land surrounding it - swim or soak in the swim spa which gives you both a pool and a hot tub or sit with friends around the fire pit.
The kitchen and dining room have seating for 16+ between the island bar and dining room table. Two dishwashers, 3 fridges through out the house. 2 Propane fireplaces allow you to enjoy a fire throughout the house with ease with the flip of a switch!
There is a 70" TV in the living room and another 6 smart tv's in each bedroom. We feature WIFI, Cable, and a home phone line to make it easier to reach your group while you are out and about. The ground floor has a Kitchenette , Pool Table, Game System, & Arcade Games!
As the property boarders the Great Smoky National Park bear sightings are common! We have windows 180 degrees around the living room where you can watch for bears. It’s important to always keep all trash inside the house or placed inside bear cage trash cans at the end of the driveway for pick up.
Also always keep car doors locked and food inside. Never feed the bears.
It’s a pretty direct drive straight up from downtown Gatlinburg about 1/2 mile from the parkway. There are two switchbacks that we suggest just taking your time. It’s not a problem. It’s a city maintained road, and they do a great job at maintaining the roadway in the winter.
Guest Interaction: I am available my phone and email and have a on the group team if anything arrises during your stay!
Neighborhood overview: We picked this cabin and area because of its ease into and out of town. Directly across from the Gatlinburg Bypass allows for you to come and go in and out of Gatlinburg with a lot less traffic. The roads are city maninted and easy to get to the cabin! You are 5-10 min from all Gatlinburg has to offer and could walk down the hill into down if you want as its less then a 1/2 mile walk to the bottom of the hill. You are also about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.
Getting around: A car is needed to get around the area.
