Jackalopia features a luxury rustic living space, a private back deck with lush forest and mtn views, and an unbeatable location just 6 miles away from downtown Gatlinburg. After the fun out headhome base to grill up some dinner on the bbq or soak in the private hot tub or circle the fire pit or play pool/arcade games for a relaxing stay.
The space
1533 sq ft. -Free WIFI
STAIR FREE Entry level - primary bedroom, bathroom, living/kitchen, balcony with hot tub.
2nd level down - primary suite, laundry, game room, and balcony. Exterior staircase leads down to third level gallery with no living spaces.
GENERAL: Linens, towels, ceiling fans, central A/C & heating, iron/board, keyless entry
OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered deck, gas grill, hot tub, porch swing, seating area around the fire pit.
Steep landscape. Mountain side cabin location.

Other things to note
Please register the accurate number of guests per stay. All rental agreements and pre-arrival forms MUST be filled out within 24 hours of booking or it will be declined. This information helps the host properly set up for your stay. TYIA
Stay weather aware during changing seasons. Lower roads can stay icy long after upper roads have thawed by sun warmth.
It the responsibility of the guest to stay fire ban aware. The super dry conditions of the past year has made this more urgent than ever. The Sevier County Emergency Management is vigilant in sending out public advisories. Check local media and websites for the latest status.
Road in the GSMNP are closed for various weather and other reason, please check the park website before your day trip up the mountain. Turnarounds are difficult and time consuming on your vacation time.

Virginia called to welcome us, gave us suggestions for local activities and restaurants. We spent Christmas there and it was nicely decorated. We enjoyed our 1st Christmas in the Smokey Mountains and will be returning

We had such an amazing time at Jackalopia. Virginia was an amazing gracious host and provided excellent recommendations for us. The cabin was extremely well-stocked; every kitchen utensil I needed was already there - you can tell whoever stocked is a cook! The beds were super comfortable - and I am picky about beds. We loved our time and highly recommend this cabin!

My husband and I started visiting Gatlinburg in Sept of 2020 and went 3 years in a row. Last year we couldn’t swing it but this year we did. We have stayed in many cabins but Virginia’s has to be the best. It’s well equipped with EVERYTHING you need. She literally thinks of everything to make you feel right at home. The bed was comfy and the place was spotless. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin! It was so nice to get away and relax!

The cabin was just as described. The view from the porches was just beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Virginia was very responsive and super helpful with recommendations throughout our stay.

We loved it here… everything was perfect… anytime I had a problem Mrs Virginia pick up the phone and called right away… speaking I have a phone phobia I hate talking on the phone with new people or people I don’t know but when I tell you we sat and talked on that phone like old friends.. giving me good places to go eat telling me about her other Airbnb in different cities… we were strangers when I requested to rent her cabin we were family by the time I left…

Cute cabin, private peaceful . Family of four enjoyed our stay . Nice master bedroom with deck leading to hot tub. Well stocked kitchen, which we used and enjoyed. Like the location, not too close to town not too far from town with grocery store nearby , would recommend, would stay again.
