Absolutely stunning views from any window and porch. The house was so perfect inside and out and the best location! Not too far but not too close, and not a lot of other houses or people around, like some of the resorts. We love the history behind the house too. Janice is phenomenal to work with. We got a long great! Our communication before, during and after was superb!! Absolutely stay here again!!

Right from the start this place lived up to it’s expectations. From the history of the cabin to every little detailed item throughout. We saw more wildlife there than our entire trip. Truely a beautiful place.

Loved our stay at Melton's View. It was the experience/everything I hoped for. Beautiful cabin, cozy, stocked with all your needs. It's the level of clean you want in a stay(this includes hot tub). Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are easily accessible from the cabins location. I would definitely book this cabin again ðŸ»â¤ï¸ðŸ»

Janice is probably one of the nicest person I have dealt with. Our stay August 7-11 got off to a rocky start because of a severe storm with 80mph winds which took out electricity 45 minutes after we checked into cabin. Janice quickly moved us to another property until power could be restored the next morning. We can't thank her enough. Melton's view is even more impressive in person than all the pics. The view of the GSM is breath taking 24 hrs day but the sunsets are stunning. We even had a couple of visitors (bears) which added to the overall experience. If possible I would rate Melton's View 10 stars if possible. We will definitely be back
