Welcome to Theo's Treehouse, a Cozy Mountain Cabin located just a short drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. With 1,600 square feet of living space, this cabin offers a peaceful retreat for your next vacation. The cabin features one bedroom and two bathrooms. There is a king bed in the upstairs bedroom along with queen bunks and queen pullout sofa in the downstairs game room, making it the perfect spot for a small family or group of friends.
THE SPACE
Theo's Treehouse has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Relax in the outdoor hot tub on one of the two large decks while listening to the sounds of the nearby hidden creek that runs through the property. The cabin's rustic yet modern style provides a perfect ambiance for a mountain getaway. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen for preparing your favorite meals and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Our cabin offers unique amenities such as an electric vehicle charging station, high-speed WiFi, and smart TVs for your convenience and entertainment. The cabin also includes a game room with activities for all ages.

BEDROOM
On the main floor, you’ll find a spacious primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. The bedroom has a plush king-sized bed complete with extra soft linens. The room also comes fitted with a smart TV, a large closet, window blinds and a ceiling fan.
Downstairs, the game room has a bunk bed with queen-size mattresses perfect for both kids and adults. There is also a queen-size pull out sofa for extra sleeping space when needed.
There is also a Pack n’ Play/travel crib so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own. Please bring your own sheets.
BATHROOMS
The bathroom on the main floor is en suite to a primary bedroom and contains a shower. There is access from the living area as well. The downstairs bath is a half bath. Both bathrooms are stocked with hand soap and the shower is stocked with an all in one -shampoo, conditioner, body wash. There is a hair dryer and first aid kit in the main floor bathroom for your convenience.
KITCHEN & LIVING AREAS
Enjoy a home cooked meal in the luxurious kitchen, equipped with everything you’ll need to make all your favorite meals, including Samsung electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics & utensils, fridge and freezer. Stay energized during your stay with a cup of coffee or tea.
From the kitchen, the open layout seamlessly leads into an elegant dining area. With seating for 6, everyone can sit down to enjoy a delicious meal while admiring the stunning views through the large light-filled windows.
The main floor living area is the perfect place to spend quality time. Sit back on the sofa and watch a show on the 55" smart TV. While relaxing, bask in the ambiance of the electric fireplace and high ceilings, providing plenty of light for a bright and sunny stays.
Ready to have some fun? Make your way downstairs, where you’ll find a large game room that also serves as a theater with its 75" smart TV. The game room has a skeeball table, board games and puzzles.
For added convenience especially during long stays, there is a front loading washer and dryer in the laundry room. An iron and ironing board is also provided.

As our guest, you can enjoy access to the entire cabin. This includes the hot tub, 2 spacious decks, electric fireplace, Skee Ball table, family-friendly games, full kitchen, brand new washer and dryer, 3 smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking with EV charging.
You will also have access to the clubhouse neighborhood pool and tennis courts.

For your safety, please do not leave trash unattended outside (including inside your car). Please refrain from feeding bears & wildlife that call the local area home.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Chalet Village is a family friendly neighborhood right by the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National park. The cabin is only a 3 mile drive into the Great Smoky Mountain National Park (Welcome/Visitor Center)
As our guests, you have complimentary access to all of the Chalet Village Clubhouses featuring amenities such as tennis and swimming pools, the perfect way to spend fun in the sun! The Pools are open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend. Tennis is open year-round and has lights allowing matches to continue well into the evening.
GETTING AROUND
We are located just 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg! Ober Mountain is just 1 mile away - so close you can visit without taking the Aerial Tramway from downtown!

This is by far the best cabin we have ever stayed in. The host was extremely helpful and attentive. We seen so many bears, it’s in a great location! The cabin is really clean and beds sleep great. Will definitely be staying here again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Theo's Treehouse, and to say the experience was phenomenal would be an understatement. The setting was incredibly peaceful and quiet, offering a perfect escape from the busy day of activities. Nestled in the Gatlinburg ski mountain among towering trees, the treehouse had all the comforts of home while providing an connection to nature.
The views were absolutely breathtaking; As for Joey, our host, he was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, Joey made sure every need was met, every question answered, and every comfort provided. His attention to detail made our stay not just a vacation, but a cherished memory.

The host Joey was proactive, friendly, and had clear communication. We loved the location, the hot tub, and skee-ball was a favorite! We also got to see a mama bear and her cubs. I also loved that there were plenty of towels! Thank you Joey for the beautiful stay.

We really enjoyed the hot tub and the instruction to heat the hot tub is very simple. The house is very new and equipped with everything you need. I had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Thank you for hosting.

Such a beautiful clean cabin! Photos were spot on. Enjoyed our stay tremendously. We wish we lived closer to this area…we would definitely stay at Theo’s Treehouse again.

This was easily one of my favorite places i’ve stayed in the Gatlinburg area. Great place for a weekend getaway, but could have easily been convinced to stay longer. Beautiful view off the top patio in the mornings, and the hottub on the lower deck is a great place to cap off the evening.

The cabin is brand new and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our time in the smoky mountains! The outdoor spaces were so peaceful and Joey was an excellent host. Highly recommend the treehouse and hope to stay again!
