Hugging Cubs Hideaway is family owned and operated.  Our goal is to provide our guests with a home away from home.   We love hearing about how the mountain views have a calming effect on our guests when they relax on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning. Renting a vacation cabin is the best way to experience all that Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge and the Sevier County area has to offer.  There is so much to do in the area that you will want to come back again and again.

The Pigeon Forge Parkway has countless activities.  There is the Hollywood Wax Museums, Titanic Museum, Hatfield and McCoy's Dinner Theaters, Dixie Stampede, restaurants, shopping and go cart tracks just to name a few.

Gatlinburg is a quaint town on the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  There are shops, Ripley's Believe it or Not Attractions, museums, Sugarlands Brewery, Gatlinburg Aquarium and banjo playing right in the streets.

Wears Valley Road also has many attractions.  This is off of traffic light number 3 on the Pigeon Forge Parkway.  Wears Valley Road extends from the Parkway down into Townsend.  Townsend is just outside of Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  The Alpine Slide, Goats on the Roof, XXX Brewery, Gapettos Italian Restaurant and the Metcalf Bottoms Picnic area in the National Park are all located off of Wears Valley Road.

The Smoky Mountain National Park is full of beauty and history.  There are hiking trails as well as driving trails with examples of homesteads along the road for those that have a more difficult time hiking.

At the end of a day full of exploring, hiking and shopping in this great area, it is nice to have a beautiful modern cabin rental to enjoy some family time or just relax and unwind.  We have tried to think of everything you will need to call our cabin 'home'.  You will feel like you are away from it all even though you are a few minutes from all the action on the Pigeon Forge Parkway and in Gatlinburg.
