I am Carl Bocchino and grew up in the Ft. Lauderdale area; I now call Lake Lure, NC my home. I was first introduced to the area after my mom bought a vacation rental property here. A couple of decades later, I decided to move to the area permanently. I bought 20 acres and built my own home and the vacation rental by hand. I don't miss the Florida traffic, and love the Lake Lure/Mill Spring area. I am sure you will also enjoy everything this small town has to offer!
