I have been renting by owner since 2001! My husband Jeff and I have been happily married for 45 years. We started "dating" when I was only 13 and he was 14. We have been blessed with 5 children (4 boys and 1 girl), 4 daughter in laws, and 4 precious grandchildren. We both grew up in small towns outside of Huntsville, AL. but we have lived in Huntsville for over 20 years. We purchased our first vacation rental in Gatlinburg in 1997 and since have purchased two others in Panama City Beach, FL. Our Cottage Gardens chalet was destroyed in the 2016 Wildfires.
