My sister and I bought the property, Bears Den in November 2012 and Rustic Nest, in August 2016. We have done an extensive renovation on both of these units. We both live in North Alabama, a short 5 hour drive to the Smoky Mountains, and we come often to check on our property and keep it in tip-top shape. We love the mountains and love to hike, so it was natural for us to buy rental property in the Smoky Mountains.
