I do not ask for and can guarantee the resort will not charge my guests a booking fee, processing fee, housekeeping fee, or taxes (Note: I have personally prepaid for all of these fees to ensure my guests only pay for rent.). I will ensure you receive a verbal and email confirmation (in writing) directly from Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort, Spa, and Waterpark prior to collecting any monies for your reservation. I may be contacted (if desired) for any concerns or assistance throughout your vacation stay.
My wife and I are Co-Owner’s of 4 villas (units) at this property. I've lived in Valdosta, Georgia since 1995 and have been married since 2004. We have been blessed with 4 children and 9 grandchildren. My employment history includes 22 years service in the U.S. Navy as a Chief Personnelman, 7 years employment as a Personnel Manager in private industry, and 10 years as an Educator at Valdosta High School. My educational accomplishments include an Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree, and Masters Degree.
My wife and I have been Co-Owner’s at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort, Spa, and Waterpark in Gatlinburg,TN since 2007. We own 4 newly built lock-off cabin units with elevators (2 Grand and 2 Deluxe Units), located atop the mountain at the resort. Our cabins are available every year, all season, and we rent for 7 nights starting on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Rental rates are listed on the Description Page. We love to stay at this location annually and enjoy quality time with family and friends. In 2021, all units were rented to guests. All units are well maintained by housekeeping and maintenance personnel. In lieu of concerns with Covid-19, the resort fully complies with strict guidelines and cleanliness standards to ensure safety for all guests and employees.

(1) Security Deposit for Incidentals: $50 (refunded at checkout)
(2) Pet Deposit $100 (refunded at checkout) (3) Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 (non-refundable)
This resort is a gated and guarded property with 24 hour security. If desired, you may purchase discount tickets for area attractions and shows. As my guest, you will receive Owner’s perks, including; Owner Discounts (simply show a copy of your reservation), free parking passes, complimentary passes to Wild Bear Falls Water Park, putt-putt golf, zipline, outdoor pools, daily family activities, and much more!!!
