The Gatlinburg Scenic Overlook is situated on the Gatlinburg Sidestep which runs between the Gatlinburg Prod and Extraordinary Smoky Mountains National Park. The Gatlinburg Prod keeps running between Pigeon Produce TN and Gatlinburg. The Detour is available from the Prod or from the National Park. There are four stopping zones on the Detour. You can leave your vehicle and take in the views. We suggest the second and third stopping territories. From the Bypass, you will see the whole town of Gatlinburg with its great mountain setting!
