Our mission is to connect each owner with his or her guests directly and personally. Once you pay your subscription fee, all of the money collected is put to work through different advertising methods. When listing your property(s) on SMBYO.COM, we will give every guest that comes through the site access to your personal contact information, and the reason is that we do not want to interfere with any relationships that are created between the owners and guests. Our goal is to give owners the chance to run their rental property(s) the way they wish to run them, and we want you to keep all of the inquiries and bookings that come through your listing to yourself, seeing that it is indeed your property that the guest has booked, not ours. This also refers to the payment and booking process between the guests and owner. The only payment that is made to the SMBYO.COM team is the yearly subscription fee paid by each owner whenever a listing is purchased, and then renewed a year later. Taking a percentage of every booking that is made is not something that we as a vacation-listing site believe in. You, as owners/managers, have worked extremely hard to continue to run your property successfully, and we want to help you build onto that success. Our entire job is to advertise your property(s) on SMBYO.COM to the best of our ability, to draw the attention to your listing. Then once the guest is interested in your listing and sends you an inquiry, they then become your prospect and hopefully a client of yours for a long time.
