“EAGLES PERCH” is a comfortable and spaciously designed 1,536 square foot log cabin featuring 2 King-bedrooms and 2 1/2-bathrooms. (A bedroom is located on the lower and main level). “EAGLES PERCH”is a two-level log cabin vacation getaway nestled in Eagles Ridge North Resort log cabin communityless than two miles from The Parkwayin the beautiful Smoky Mountains.
Our resort is in the heart of Pigeon Forge and just minutes from the all the main attractions including Dollywood, Five Oaks Tanger Outlets, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, great dinner theaters, restaurants, and craft shops... not to mention the wonderful hiking trails and mountain streams, and nearby historic Gatlinburg. You really will enjoy the convenience to the new “Island” featuring Paula Deen’s restaurant and 200 foot Ferris Wheel, as well as the new LeConte Convention Center and Ripkin Experience baseball fields.
Our cabin celebrates the best of life - the timeless pleasures of family, friends, laughter, and reflection. It summons us to a simpler place and time. It was built for good conversation, deep cups of coffee, and guiltless afternoon naps. You have found the perfect escape for quiet, peace, and serenity, sunrises and sunsets over mountains when you visit for a long weekend, or a week.
Admire the vibrancy of the honey-hued wooden interior walls as you enter the beautiful open-air design of the great room, kitchen and dining areas where you can entertain, have easy conversation, curl up with a book in front of the warm, stacked stone gas fireplace, watch a game or movie on the 37-inch TV in the vaulted ceiling living room, or relax in the master bedroom Jacuzzi. Both King bedrooms have a 27-inch flat screen TV’s.
Take advantage of cooking meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Also provided for your convenience are a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker (drip style & K-Cup), blender, waffle iron, electric griddle, silverware, and quality cookware. “EAGLES PERCH” has it all; you just need to bring the food and appetite. If you decide to go out and enjoy some of the many restaurants in the area we provide a booklet in the cabin that list our favorites. One that we forgot to list was Krispy Crème Donuts, but that should be understood.
Our cabin provides WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, so bring your laptops. “EAGLES PERCH” also has an AMAZON “ALEXA” ECHO DOT for your enjoyment. The game room offers a pool table, TV, mini-refrigerator, wet bar and 1/2 bathroom. The cabin is also furnished with a washer and dryer for your convenience in case you drip a little BBQ sauce on the new shirt you just bought at one of the outlet stores.
The game room provides access to the peaceful lower level back deck where you can spend quality time and breathe in fresh mountain air, or enjoy the serene and peaceful time while soaking in the bubbling hot tub. Don’t forget to bring some burgers and steaks so the chef can grill delicious meals.

Whatever your Smoky Mountain vacation plans may be we know you will enjoy your stay at our “no smoking” and “no pet” cabin. “EAGLES PERCH”can accommodate 4 adultsmaximum(6 total with all children, 17 and younger including small children and infants). You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. If you need additional lodging, we also rent other cabins in Eagles Ridge North Resort.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT and PAYMENT: To secure your reservation there is a 25% Reservation Deposit by credit or debit card at the time of booking. Your remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival by credit or debit card. If you book within 60 days of your stay, the total amount will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of booking.
Eagles Ridge North Resortis a log cabin community centrally located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains and offers a covered gazebo and small pond. This quiet, serene mountain setting is less than 2 miles from Pigeon Forge Parkway and convenient to all the area attractions. There are no steep hills or winding roads to access the cabin. The roads are paved and we have parking for up to 2 vehicles.

The whole stay was great, house was clean when we arrived, everything was easy to figure out, great little short drive right outside pigeon forge. Only downside was the hot tub didn’t have any sanitizer but a quick email to housekeeping, they showed up and fixed that issue within a few hours. Craig the main contact also got back with me quickly when I had any questions about the cabin. Will definitely be looking forward to booking another cabin through RCAC

My family and I are extremely happy with our stay. Upon arrival, we could tell the cabin had just been cleaned. That gave us piece of mind. It was a great experience for our family. We enjoyed being close to the attractions, yet the cabin felt secluded. We will stay again.

Eagle perch was very nice and clean. It was very confortable and with beautiful views. My only recommendation to then be a 5 star rating place is that they must change the bathroom rugs, they were very worn out and dirty looking, also for privacy (specifically in the basement floor) they should install blinds in the doors that open to the porches.

Enjoyed our experience! We were looking for a log cabin type rental. This cabin housed our family of six perfectly. It was well stocked and immaculate. Pros: Location. This cabin is located close to Pigeon Forge without being in the midst of the craziness. Even though it is located in a community of cabins, each cabin is situated so you can’t see your neighbors. Nice wooden rocking chairs to take in the view of the Smoky Mountains. Hot tub: Located on the porch, this was a perfect way to relax after hiking and a big day at Dollywood. Cons: Only one. Temperature was hard to regulate. If it was comfortable upstairs, it was freezing downstairs. If it was comfortable downstairs, it was much too warm upstairs. Sure it’s not a factor in the winter. Overall, a very nice property. Would recommend.

Very nice little but no so little cabin. Very clean and quiet. All attractions within15-20 minutes away in gatlinburg & pigeon forge. All dishes were supplied. Maintenance answered right away when we had trouble with tv....other than that we enjoyed every minute. Highly recommended!!!

The four of us had all the personal space we needed with two king bedrooms on separate floors. Really enjoyed soaking our sore feet in the hot tub after walking around Dollywood all day.

This cabin is perfect for a family vacation. Clean... I mean REALLY clean and well supplied, we had everything we needed and a few things we didn't think of. Everything felt new and polished! The beds were firm but comfortable with lots of extra blankets to snuggle by the fire. The management team was quick to return our phone call and entry/exit was a breeze! The new couches and waffle iron were an added bonus. Although this cabin is close to all the action, once inside, it feels remote and tucked away. I would not hesitate to book this cabin again in the future. 5/5!

Thank you for having an Alexa at Eagles Perch. Alexa helped one of our sons get his homework done. Alexa knows her math and history. The cabin was spotless when we arrived and the location was perfect. I hate to admit it but our kids love McDonalds for breakfast and it was just down the street.

Great Cabin!! Loved our stay here. It was very convenient to everything. Beds were super comfy but would prefer newer, less worn sofa. Would stay here again.
