Our 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath luxury vacation packed full of fun is an exceptional home that boasts 3000 sq feet of living space, sleeping accommodations for 10, private hot tub, heated pool, outdoor fire place, game room, theater room and much more.
Cedar Falls is a resort like no other. From the moment you enter your community you'll know you've made the right choice. Community pools, fishing pond and picnic area. The neighborhood also has an amazing nature trail along side a creek you can get take a dip in. If an outdoor pool is what you like, Cedar Falls has its own outdoor swimming pool.
You don't have to leave "Cedar Falls Resort" to have fun with Swimming pool, Fishing, Hiking Trail with Waterfall, Basketball, Outdoor Pavilions, or build a bonfire and make S'mores. Fly Fishing, Golf Courses, Putting Green, Grocery Nearby, Medical Services Nearby, Miniature Golf.
Close to all the action of both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, yet far enough away to enjoy the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains. During your stay, you can easily visit the beautiful Smoky Mountain National Park for scenic drives, hiking, whitewater rafting, animal viewing, and more! Take a very short drive to the parkway in Pigeon Forge for Dollywood, Splash Country, comedy shows, music entertainment, museums, Cal Ripken Experience, go-karts, mini-golf, zip-lines, mountain coasters, The Island w/ Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville & Paula Dean's restaurant, moonshine tasting. shopping and so much more!
After a fun-filled day of sightseeing, you can return to the comfortable and tranquil space, with countless amenities of Cedarwood Pines and Cedar Falls resort.
Payment & Fees: 50% required upfront and the 2nd half due 7 days prior to arrival
Security Deposit: A $500 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 2 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 7 days after your departure as long as no damage was incurred by the guest.
Cancellations: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Exactly as represented in photos. Clean, new, simple elegance and uncluttered but with all the amenities you want. No shortcuts when they built this property. Great communication with host before arrival and once we were there. Absolutely amazing hike located right in the neighborhood. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. A memory of a lifetime with the family.

My husband and I wanted a romantic mountain getaway. We found it here! The cabin’s location is amazing. Close to town but far enough away that you feel secluded. The home is very well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need. We loved getting in the hot tub while the snow fell. We would recommend this stay to any of our friends or family.

Cedarwood Pines is breathtaking! It's a dream come true for a cabin in the mountains. Our kids LOVED the hot tub and indoor swimming pool. Location is just outside of town and easy access to everything. We lived Lara and how helpful and caring she was and she even messaged us several times asking if we needed anything. Great hospitality for sure.

Great all around experience and property. Very beautiful, secluded, and relaxing. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck. Plenty of space for our family of 6. This place was amazing for kids, and would be a perfect spot for a couples getaway (3-4 couples would have plenty of space). Thanks Lara, for great communication and flexibility. Worth every penny.

Awesome. This property lives up to the photographs and once you are there, omg, be ready to just relax. It is so close to town, yet seems a world away. The fireplace outside was the perfect setting for s’mores and cozy movie nights with my hubby. The house is big enough that everyone had there own space and we didn’t feel crowded. The heated swimming pool was amazing. We will definitely be back to this property. Lara is awesome, she checking in to see if there was anything we needed. This property and the owners exceeded my expectations.
