You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, local coffee shops, breweries, and grocery stores so you don't have to rely on a car (off street parking is available). We are also located only 10 minutes to downtown Nashville and 15 minutes to Opry Mills Mall and the Grand Ole Opry.
The space
We promise we'll make you comfortable. Enjoy free wifi with access to smart TV’s, plus lots of cozy towels and bedding. you can easily walk to a nearby restaurant or cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
This space is a brand new construction which took us nearly 2 years to design and build. We tried to make the space as open and comfortable as possible and maximize functionality.

CLEANING FEE:
We pride ourselves on providing a clean home for our guests. We hire cleaners that not only work hard, but are family and friends of ours. They treat the property as their own and we pay them well, resulting in a slightly higher cleaning fee. It goes back to them, not some major company paying their workers minimum wage. If during your stay, anything isn’t up to your standard please let us know and we will address it right away!

Be sure inquire about early luggage drop off! Because we do on property we can usually accommodate to allow our guests to explore the neighborhood if they arrive earlier then check in.

This apartment was very modern, clean, and welcoming! It was beautiful on the inside and outside, we had everything we needed, and it felt homey. It is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy off street parking as well. It is very close to downtown making walking an option or a short car ride. Kelli is a great host and provided a wonderful space! I would highly recommend staying here!

I’m a big fan of staying in East Nashville and this apartment is a great location for quick access to all great things in five points and then a quick Uber to other parts of the city. Stayed here for a girls trip well with three of my other friends, large king beds were comfy and the space provided a great jumping off point for all of the things that we had planned. The only thing I would note before booking is that the spiral staircase to the second bed area was a little tricky to navigate so make sure people in your group are comfortable with a little adventure

Kroger just around the block and all the places to eat at Five Points. The house was clean and parking was easy. We will stay there again.

The place is clean, modern, the amenities are all present and correct, it's off road so next to no traffic noise. Easy access to Downtown. The 56 bus runs to and from Downtown frequently and only takes 15 odd minutes and three stops to do so. East Nashville is a fantastic spot - a diverse set of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, a plethora of fab music venues, and the lovely Shelby Park is just down the road. So something for everyone. Kelli's a great host - accessible, available, with top notch communications.
We had a terrific time, and Kelli's place was a big part of that. We think you'll have a fab time too, with Kelli's place as a great base.
