Walking distance to all of the excitement & main attractions! Condo has beautiful new flooring, stone fireplace, nice full kitchen, 2 leather recliners, cable/Netflix, and all of the comforts of home. Walk one way from the condo and go into downtown; walk the other way and enjoy the trails. Outdoor swimming pool open seasonally; Truly walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer!! Park, & put keys down (no need to drive anywhere).
The Space - This condo has been recently renovated with new flooring, paint, décor, and comforts of home. It is on the 1st floor of the condo building. There are 2 queen beds available (1 is a sleeper sofa). You are able to use everything in condo.. You are renting the entire place. This condo involves self check-in with a door keypad; I will provide the key code after reservations are finalized.

Additional Notes - Please be aware that the pool and hot tub are currently closed for the Fall and Winter season.

Neighborhood Overview - Our condo is just a few blocks/walking distance from the main street in Gatlinburg and the popular Donut Friar coffee & donut house. The main strip holds hundreds of shops, restaurants, attractions including: coffee shops, arcades, Ripley adventures, Space Needle, Ripley's Aquarium, breweries, The Village, Anakeesta, Chair lift, tram to Ober Gatlinburg etc. etc. You normally have to pay for parking in Gatlinburg which can be $10 -$20 per day, but with our condo, you can walk to everything without paying any additional fee for parking! *Additional info in our guestbook linked here: https://hostful.ly/gmwfrxq

"Very clean place. The bed was nice and comfortable with soft clean linens. The location was the best! We walked downtown to the shops everyday. Very quiet and peaceful unit. You can't hear any traffic or neighbors. We will definitely look into booking this unit on our next trip to Gatlinburg."
