The space - Our condo is unique because of how close it is to everything in Gatlinburg.
It is also on the first floor where you can walk out the back door into your parking space. It’s balcony is also directly in front of the gated swimming pool and hot tub, as well as very close to ice machine, vending area and community laundry room.
Guest access - Guests have access to entire condo and condo building common areas including vending and laundry rooms.
Additional notes - You’ll have access to a community laundry room, ice maker, elevator, stairs, and vending area.
Guest interaction - I am available most hours. Happy to help with anything & everything.
Neighborhood overview - The condo is a half mile walk to Ripley’s Aquarium and everything Gatlinburg has to offer on its main strip.
Getting around - Park in the condo parking lot and walk everywhere in Gatlinburg. The Trolley to Pigeon Forge is also nearby..Uber is also available.
