Come and enjoy the smoky mountain. the "Smoky Cub Cabin" is centrally located between Gatlinburg (7.6miles) and pigeon forge (4.5mile), less than 15min drive in both directions. Pets less than 50 lbs are welcome (*** small cleaning pet fee of $75***). Fully renovated on the interior. This two-bedroom two-bathroom 1450 square feet home can easily sleep 8 guests. You will be able to cook and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. Never run out of hot water with the instant water heater that will provide hot shower for everyone. Free high-speed internet, 4 cable TV that include Netflix and amazon. Easy drive that doesn't require 4x4, free parking that fit 2 cars and more can fit across the street. You will be provided with a starter kit that include soap, shampoo, body wash, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, towels. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. A playroom upstairs for you to enjoy. Before your arrival you will be able to do self-contactless check in. No need for you to pick up a key, you will receive an electronic door code for the keyless entry system. This gives you access 24hrs a day for late arrival if needed. Enjoy the back porch with the new hot tub. Minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
