The roads to the cabin are well maintained mountain roads. It's just a short drive off the main road into Gatlinburg (the parkway). They may feel a little intimidating the first time you drive it if you've never been to the mountains before. Nothing too serious, and any vehicle can handle it. If it's icy/snow you may want to have 4WD/AWD.
Self checkin on a door keypad, you have the place to yourself!
Beautiful semi secluded mountain neighborhood. Community pool open seasonally. The roads are a little windy but there are AWESOME views just a little higher up from this cabin.
5min to the parkway, 10min to downtown Gatlinburg!
20min to Pigeon Forge

All guests staying here must be 25 or older
Sometimes there may be a lighter at the cabin for the grill/fireplace but we strongly recommend bringing your own
The cabin is in the WOODS! You may see or hear bears and critters
No pets allowed, you will be fined and asked to leave if you bring a pet
No candles or flames allowed inside, aside from fire place
Firewood is not provided; fireplace can only be used from November-March
No refunds for bad weather
Bath towels and bed linens are provided but bring your own towel for pool use
A starter supply of TP, paper towel, dish soap are provided but you will probably need to buy more. Soap, shampoo, ziplocks, food, spices, etc are not provided.
Host is not responsible for pool opening/closures.

Laura’s place is beautiful. Nicely located in the mountains, definitely would recommend 4WD/AWD if visiting in the winter! Very close to Gatlinburg. Very clean space and everything was spotless. The hot tub was amazing as well and very nice views of the skies for those who enjoy astronomy. For those who like to sleep in- the space does let in a bunch of natural light so keep that in mind!

This little cabin was the perfect place to spend our weekend getaway. It's pretty close to downtown Gatlinburg but feels like you're far away. We enjoyed the hot tub, deck, and kitchen. It's cute, and cozy and the chairs are extremely comfortable. The shower is kinda of small, and dark with the curtain closed. Also the road is very winding and a little scary the first couple times driving up and down it. Laura is friendly, and responsive .

Perfect location that’s not too far from downtown, but just far enough to feel a sense of peace and privacy. The cabin itself was the perfect size for two people, very clean, and just far enough from neighbors. The hot tub really hit the spot after long days of hiking and exploring. Laura’s communication and expectations were very clear and easy to follow.

The views are absolutely gorgeous! Hot tub was great! Nice fireplace. It’s private. The steep windy mountain road was talked about in other reviews so we were aware of it. It’s smaller inside than how the pictures make it look. The shower is very small to maneuver in my opinion. These are small concerns based on all the wonderful qualities of this cabin!! Laura gives explicit instructions and was always very friendly.
