Larry & Mary Bailey live in northeast Tennessee, just 100 miles from Smoky Mountain High. They have been owners at Black Bear Falls since 2004 when the development was being built. Larry serves on the Board of Directors for Black Bear Falls. The Bailey's visit their cabin frequently to ensure everything is the best possible condition. They also own vacation rental properties in Bradenton FL and Las Vegas NV.
