Relax in the private outdoor hot tub or take a refreshing plunge in the indoor heated pool. Grill a delicious meal to share with loved ones in the spacious dining area that can sit up to ten people. Retreat to the large screened-in porch complete with a TV and fireplace that is perfect for cozy gathering or catching the big game. Meanwhile, the younger ones can engage in a friendly game of Air Hockey or enjoy a book in the cozy Kids Korner downstairs in the Lively Lounge. THE BASICS:

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

*Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.

No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors.



PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be 75% due at time of the booking instead of what’s listed below. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are also more than happy to accept payments in smaller increments if reservation follows traditional payment schedule that is shared below.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We recognize that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we’ve designed our cancellation and travel credit policy to offer you flexibility and peace of mind. For more information on our cancellation policy, please click here. To further ease your travel concerns, we provide the option to add travel insurance at the time of booking. 



DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:

Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter’s stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.

Un-Authorized Early Check-in/Late Check-out:	$50.00
Smoking Violation:	$500.00
Maximum Occupancy Violation:	$500.00
Pet Policy Violation:	$1,000.00

 

GUEST COMMUNICATION:

Guests receive a booking confirmation text message that includes a reservation rental agreement for review and signature. Once the rental agreement has been submitted guests will be directed to a Welcome Book complete with important check-in details, cabin information and noteworthy local attractions.  The Welcome Book will be resent via text message and email 24-hours prior to arrival. 

 

SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:

All Great Smoky Mountains Cabin Rentals properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT:

Our Starter Kit includes 2 rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, dish soap, a small pack of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. It is just enough to get you started, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
